I was not entertained.
Moon Knight’s OK. The reason why Cap, Spidey and Logan appear in the book is explained in #2.
Picked up missing issues on ASM this weekend, I still have a few not in my collection that I’ll hit up online. But more or less I have all the Slott run barring two issues. When I read it I’ll post up thoughts.
Anything good about new FF? Seems sort of interesting.
Current FF isn’t bad or anything but just me personally I got bored after a few issues. Love what Hickman is doing in the SHIELD comics though.

FF is fantastic IMO, but I do think it should speed things up a little.
Future Foundation is a bit slow, but the ideas they’re building up to are really exciting. Next to nothing happened in the past 5 issues although the war of the cities is finally about to happen… And I say finally because I thought it was going to happen waaaay back when the four cities were first established.
Going to have to agree that Land’s art was much better in his early days. His run on Nightwing is like… night and day compared to what he puts out now. I probably wouldn’t have such a big problem with Land’s current “pencils” if I didn’t see it in multiple titles. It becomes very obvious.
Avengers The Children’s Crusade this week was AMAZING. This is how a comic should be done. Cheung’s art is gorgeous and if there are any X-Factor fans here, you don’t want to miss out on this issue! I’m kind of surprised Marvel is letting Heinberg get away with all of this!
Edit: Unfortunately, now I need to wait another 2 months for my next dose of Young Avengers…
Picked up the new ASM, SPIDER ISLAND!!!
Also new Ultimate Spider-Man coming already, new outfit and who could it be? WHO?! I dunno or care but how quick of them to do this (September I think?)

]Great issue IMO, Alex and Spidey fighting against the Mole Men’s allies was pretty fun.
Art was very beautiful too IMO.
Hopefully this arc will end soon, Hickman’s taking way too much time with this arc. I feel like it could’ve ended in 2 issues XD

I remember reading somewhere as long as Slott writes Spider-Man, his spider senses are gone until the next writer decides to bring them back.
I’ll be picking up FF #5 tomorrow. I have all the others except for #1. Other than that I’ve been getting into DC lately, specifically Detective comics and the upcoming Batwoman series, but that’s neither here nor there.
I’m current on Uncanny X-Force and I’m not sure when the latest one is coming out.
I got #4 and 5 of Power Man and Iron First not to long ago as well…and I wasn’t very impressed. It’s not a very good starting point for someone interested in either Power Man or Iron Fist in my opinion, but then again I didn’t get the first 3 issues…but it’s just a miniseries so I don’t know if it would be worth my time and money.

Hmm reading up on Marvel’s site, there doesn’t seem to be anything about it starting this week.
However, a new Ultimate series #1 is being released this week (written by Bendis)
Just saw the list for next week’s books. X-Men Schism #1 comes out next Wednesday, 7/13.

went to my LCS and they were out of stock on everything. They ordered me all the stuff that I wanted (deadpool hulk, deadpool fear itself #2) but I did pick up fear itself book 4 and black widow fear itself.

We find that Johann, the boy who would become the Red Skull, was living in an orphanage and treated like dirt there. He one day manages to flee from it and stay with a dogcatcher, who brutally kills stray dog. Johann stays with him in order to change and become stronger.
A good first issue IMO.

Thunderbolts 160: An OK issue, but nothing spectacular IMO. Still one of my fav. Marvel books though.
Red Hulk 36 [spoiler=]Ross fights against Zzzzzax and the new MODOK (whose face is much cooler than regular MODOK’s IMO), and manages to defeat them using Zzzax’s acheles heel: Ross was controlling it the first time and was able to do so to stop it.[/details]
I strongly recommend reading Jeff Parker’s run on Rulk, it’s been kickass so far.
Not much happens in Moon Knight 3: The cover is also a red herring.
Spider Island is starting soon and the preview for the first part has some great jokes from Spidey =3
It DOES have tie-in issues, one-shots and minis associated with it, but really, you could ignore them since they mostly show what OTHER characters are doing during SI.
Marvel wise my sole comic this week was the Red Skull issue, lovely cover and Skull intrigues me enough to read about him.
