So he’s going to write a Cap, Thor and Ironman team up book?
Eh don’t worry about it; it’s non canon ;3
…unless you mean he’ll be writing the main books?
BTW, looks like Zeb Wells is writing a new Carnage mini-
I won’t lie, I really missed Carnage, even tho Venom did his role for the most part in the past few years. Still a character is good if handled properly.
if loeb is taking over the MAIN books for thor and captain america
i will cancel them
it will be incessant swearing, ridiculously stupid characters and pointless violence
to me, this panel is every comic loeb has written since his son died, in a nutshell
ya money saver for sure… but too bad i actually really enjoy cap and thor
i almost threw a party when i found out that pak would still be writing hulk and loeb’s was just another series
I got a question… Does 616 Magneto’s helmet block telepathic attacks? I’d go with no, but some people believe it does… Was it confirmed in 616 his helmet does anything excluding xmen vs avengers.
Magneto’s helmet blocks telepathic attacks now but before it didn’t. The idea came from the first X-Men movie and the comics ran with it.
Before the movie there are tons of instances where Proffesor X mind blasted Mags while he was wearing his helmet. It even happened in the '90s cartoon.
The notion of Magneto’s helmet blocking mental attacks most likely came from Juggernaut’s helmet, which always could. Comic book movies are always a mash up of different things.
It’s stated almost every time Proffesor X and Xavier are in the same room and both conscious that Magneto’s helmet blocks his attacks. It’s in Claremont’s '00 run (when comics first started copying X movies), all over New X-Men Morrison’s run (eeer, pretend that is still Magneto… or read it as helmets can block the attack…) and Fraction brought it up too in Uncanny when Mags moved to Cyke’s island. It’s everywhere really.
That sucks. I always thought people were making stuff up because I stopped reading comics for a few years. =/ Are professor X and Xavier different people now?
