So all this talk about Glenn reminded me that I should make a character similar to him in my Dungeons and Dragons game.
I’m already gonna make a dude like Rei from Bof 3 and have him be an ally/villain because he was my favorite character in that game. Even if he was just a gender swapped and waaaaaay cooler version of Katt from Bof2. Man now that I think about it, BOF had some really crazy player characters. From goofy robots to plant dudes and giant ass beast looking guys and snake women. Now that’s diversity if you ask me.

Appease people who feel every race/religion/sex should be equally represented in everything to the point of homogenization.
If they wanted a new female character make a new female character. It really is that simple.
Doing it this way is even bigger middle finger to the SJWs who lobby for this kinda shit all the time, it shows they have no faith that they could sell a new female character or even bring up an existing one they have to supplant the male to make the female relevant.
Even for its goal it’s completely misguided. It just fails on so many levels.
