too early to tell. If you’re having an easy time, the opposing player hasn’t mastered the character and the matchup. If you’re having difficulties, you probably haven’t figured the matchup yet.
Maybe in a month.
I have praticed against her since locations test. Yes i haven’t figured the matchup yet but i can tell you that it is clearly in Poison favor. You’ll see even in a month.
Still, given that it costs a meter to do it, and it doesn’t lead to any further combo potential like shoryukens do it doesn’t make too much sense to nerf it on the offensive level of it
EX PC against the opponent in the corner is the frame trap…the only trade is that you will be in the corner after recovery but it allows you to continue pressure because the recovery is quick enough to start attacks if you choose to.
Nrg and Jebob already gave the examples I wanted.
Near the corner it’s a godlike frametrap. Avoids throws, crouch techs, shoryukens + Recovers fast enough so Bison is at the advantage + Deals 200 stun (stun dealer). Excellent stun progression ender and round ender.
Anyway, damage is damage. It’s good and usable, so nerfing it is nerfing Bison where he shouldn’t be nerfed right now.
Look at it this way… For every EX PC that connects, 2 SKs already connected. SK’s damage went up by 10, so there’s a total increase of 5 damage. Let’s be optimistic at least… lol
I’m not saying the overall result is not positive for Bison. It is. Just saying it doesn’t make sense. Same goes for Guile’s U1.
They reduced invul and damage because the autocorrect was too strong and because it could combo off Jabs. Now every buff has been reverted, but the nerfs stayed.
I find that a blocked c.mk > lk scissors usually leaves me at the perfect space to hit any button afterwards, except against Rolento. His baton extends his range a lot
