Yeah when I first started playing Makoto I didn’t do to well against Oni but now he’s not a problem. Seth though…It’s like everyone mains him or has a pocket Seth lol.
I love Mak and i love playing as here, But it’s really hard to keep with her when playing online

That’s not really the problem, I don’t really care about points and i do win about 55% of my matches online with her. It’s just so annoying to try timing a perfect meaty standing. M then not have it come out and get thrown and die for my troubles.
I’ve been switching between her and Ryu online though and it’s definitely a lot easier to win with him, just only have fun with Mak. Threw a little Hakkan in there too haha
After about 22000 online matches played I pretty much don’t sweat it when online garbage happens. It is what it is really, online giveth and online taketh away.

Played a decent hakan player in endless. He had bout 3500pp and 4000bp, his name was hefaust0s. it ended at 5-2 to him, an oiled hakan is lethal! Every knockdown I couldn’t escape his oil dive setups on wakeup, except with ultra. Anyone know how to escape it? Or know any good hakan tech?

Oil Dive, is that the grab that whiffs on crouching opponents? Don’t you have to do a couching move or something to stop the one standing frame you have on wake up or am I crazy?
Ffs I’ve been playing like ass these past 2 weeks… Lost over 1000 pp. and just messing up simple stuff like abare follow ups… Can I please get out of my slump now?

Yeah that’s the one, I’d feel pretty stupid if it was that simple ^^ but I don’t think you can do that. I was browsing the hakan forums and they a ton of setups they call uncrouchables.

Oiled hakan is a nightmare for makoto. On a side note I just lost in the stupidest way to a gen player… End of the final round. He mashes ultra 2 grey damage ultra on my back dash and it whiffs. I go for the ex hayate to finish him off and get hit by the STILL active U2… Then he sweeps to finish me off. I didnt know his ultra was active 4 so long.
Ugghhhh I’m back to 3000+pp for the billionth time and I caught myself thinking during work. Why the hell do I lose over 100 points to some snot nosed brat with 1000- pp and parents are to cheap to get a good connection. Then have to claw and scratch my way back (at this point) to break even. I hate the way the points are distributed in sf. Oh and I hate t.hawk with a passion. Character is ass.
I’ve said this before that the point system would be fine with a larger playerbase. As it stands though there aren’t enough people at the higher levels to sustain your rank without having like an 80 percent win rate.
I’m sick of playing laggy ass dictators man. You can’t understand how many times I’ve missed a dash karakusa, whiffed a non plinked tsurugi which turns into a karakusa when I land. It’s just ridiculous.
So guys, I’m setting a new goal for myself. Setting out to get that A rank with our girl, will post salt as it flows. Sitting on about 13.5k BP at the moment.
