Cuz Guile is a fag. Nah I dunno why, but I guess Seth’s fireball is just higher or something.
I dunno about the Ryu thing. I’ll test it later.
Edit: tested it. Ryu’s tatsu does not go over those fireballs.

I knew those ones. I just never knew about the overhead kick. I’m using it so much now. It combos into so much too, not like Sakura’s overhead. Doing it as the opponent wakes up works quite well too.
FA3 xx dash up , tsujigoe (not sure which version) xx lp kunai , kazegiri xx FADC , kazegiri xx FADC , kazegiri
Damn I gotta try that sometime lol.
I use that all the time. What he did is stupid, you can get better mixup/mind games. It’s the same thing as FA3 focus backdash, instant jump lp kunai, except it’s harder to time but more stylish.
Timing is also pretty different per character for the juggle to hit.
Yeah I know it’s stupid. But it’s stylish and that’s all that matters when you’re finishing someone off with a FA3 combo lol.
Yeah I used to do the backdash into jump (late) kunai then juggle whatever. Late kunai is a lot easier to do than insta kunai, and it’s easier to juggle afterwards.
It’s easy to juggle special moves, I’m trying to juggle CR.HP. So timing is a little tighter than just raida or dp.
Excited to finally see Iyo play at SBO. Hope he’s not a fraud.
Iyo x Umehara. I’m really looking forward to this. The only thing I’d want to see more is Kuroda reaction DPing everying in SF4 without knowing a single match-up…
I’m hyped.
I played dozen XBL games today and hit the Tsumuji Loop every time on Balrog, but I couldn’t get TC4, st.LP to work. Does it work on him?
I’ve found that it’s very important to practicing combos without sound, and without looking too hard on the screen. That way input lag makes no difference, even to 1-frame links.
It should. I think what’s happening is that you’re used to tsumuji loop timing to link the jab after TC4, due to all the tsumuji loop training.
c.LP, c.LP, s.LP, s.MK > :lk::qcb:
How the hell do you do the LP after that? It doesn’t even seem to reach I don’t get it.
That’s a Tsumuji Loop. It’s character specific. Have a practice on Abel, or do it after st.MP, st.MK.
pfft. silly me. Took until I loaded it up on AE to realise, I’ve been calling the claw dude Balrog.
How do you link st.LK after st.MK? And why do you a random qcb afterward with no input? Or are you negative edging or something?
That is meant to represent the Tsumuji. I forgot how to spell it so I put the LK qcb thing
LMAO, what a day.
Went for my assessment, bla bla bla, and came across an interview question: “… Describe a specific thing that you have done to integrate into a team that was already established.” I didn’t talk about me working for the Police, or Cadets, or Student Council, no… I talked about Street Fighter IV. w
Good thing is I worded it correctly and I answered the other questions perfectly, but yeah, ww.
Anyway, for every good day, there’s a bad one too. I went down to Casino to sort of celebrate, and was having a bunch of fun forming a win-streak on AE until people just stopped putting their money into the 2-linked Arcades “I” was using, and played on the other ones. I was left to just lose to CPU Zangief and beat the game. What’s annoying is that it’s £1 for 2 Credits. What a waste. I don’t know why I got a dirty look from Mr. “I play Yun, Ryu, and Bison.”
I wonder what else today has in store for me. /bloglikepost
P.S. AE is crap in the Arcades, and the UK Arcade-scene is pretty much dead now. I want to go back to playing Vanilla with people that have just got off work. I feel very nostalgic about that now =(.
What’s a Bison? I only know Bipson and Boxer.
Boxer, sorry.
I live in England. Where was this AE machine?
Casino. Goodge St. It’s the only place that has it now that Funland is shut down.
Ah, in London. I might check it out if I’m ever in London.
There are no arcades near where I live And yeah, like you said, the scene in the UK is pretty much dead.
