As far as her f+hk buff is concerned, I think they made it more similar to 3S. It can be used as a practical footsie tool to reliably go over and punish low attacks (e.g. Ryu cr.mk). That’s what I’m thinking anyway. The frame advantage on hit is nice too.

If this was the case, then they should have also increased its range. In 3S, Ibuki’s f+MK went hella far, went over lows as well, and could combo into SA lol.
Also, this was the header for Ibuki, the short sentence the dev blog give when they were changing each character:

man why the hell did they not have the ultra juggle ability from the start. i mean if i try to use it as an AA it just resets them and im stuck in ultra mode.
A lot of the characters around Ibuki’s level have gotten a ton of buffs (cody). Actually I think the whole roster besides Fei/Twins have gotten a couple buffs at the least. With all these characters getting buffed and Ibuki getting ignored like this she’ll just go further down tiers.

So Wolfkrone mashes jab on wakeup, mashes throw after 1 jab, and plays run away. And he’s considered one the best Vipers in the country. And after I expose him, he leaves the lobby salty. Top players are so funny.

So on Cross Counter Asia, Xian said he wanted to main Ibuki, but instead he’s a tier whore so he mained Yun. Now that Yun is nerfed, maybe we’ll have another Ibuki to join our clan?
I doubt a lot of people that do good with him are going to drop him. I just expect to see a lot of scrubs drop him similar to Cammy.
Daigo should also drop him so he can stop being ass.

Who was the ibuki at fighter x shooter near chicago last weekend? Fucking solid, seriously. I have no idea who the guy was but I walked by and he had like a 60 game win streak in casuals and he was playing against some TFA guys.

Not really, but they’re no slouches. I heard he took out wolfkrone a couple of times in casuals, though. I didn’t get a name…he was just known as “that ibuki” 
You can overhead kick over fireballs! OMG!
You can slide under them too, plus EX neckbreaker as well. And you can regular neckbreaker through Gouken and Seth’s fireballs.

isn’t Seth’s fireball a sonic boom? if you can go through Seth’s sonic boom with a regular neckbreaker, why can’t you do that with Guile? if Seth’s sonic boom is higher, so does that mean Ryu can’t hurricane over it?
