It gives you the same attack, but it’s difficult to make the kunai come out asap. The same reasoning as Cammy’s TKCS. Doable but your qcf has to be insanely quick.

I do a “shoryuken” motion starting with a relaxed :uf:
:uf:, very brief pause, :d: :df: :p:
It feels weird, but i noticed that i don’t have to press :f: to do the kunai, so i shortcut it to be able to do it quite low.
I’ve read in this forums that the :qcf::uf::p: motion is the best for the TK kunai, to use it as low as possible, but for some reason i can’t do it (i can do it with cammy, but not with ibuki).
Maybe the correct notation it is :qcf::uf::r::p:, i mean, with a :r: ending??

holy fuck yeah those things are stupid. she basically juggles you about 4-8 times very slowly in an off the ground state if you were in the air or locks you down if you were on the ground… the power of the assist is how long it locks down for plus it seems to have ridicuous priority.
mvc3 is looking like all out broken fun. just watched a vid where an x-factored thor killed zero in like 5 hits… shit is ridiculous. and awesome.
Something I discovered trying to do TK Kunai’s if you do the tiger knee motion and then quickly move the stick to df then press p then the timing is pretty much perfect, instead of trying to guess when to hit the punch button after the tiger knee motion. My execution went from 5% to around 95% using this motion, and I was throwing Kunai’s immediately after the jump.
^^^ yes thats how akumas do it also. ive posted it a few times but people have bad memories. still dont see any use for tk kunai though… i can get them out just as fast with regular jumping.
I can’t. I can’t get it to come out fireball level with just regular jumping. I just can’t. I have found it to be useful for getting over fireballs and such. Haven’t experimented with much else though.
Not if you do it while blocking. If you do the motion and it gets blocked half way in, it becomes reversal Neckbreaker. Only happened a couple of times, but it’s still bad. (Checked the reply too).
