Honestly I think CvS2 would get more entries than 3S b/c most of our marvel players plays CvS2 as well. I’m really tempted to add it to the tourney.
Yeah, I’ve stopped by there occasionally with my brother since they opened. He’s actually trying to get part-time work there right now. My cousin currently works at the one in Nassau Mall, Levittown.
If I’ve seen you in the store before then most likely I’ll remember you. Asians are a rarity in Hempstead, and chubby asians are even more rare. They are… secret rare.
Alright, due to popular demand CvS2 has been added to the tourney. You guys can thank SF3LP, F15PenguinC, Chi-chi and 3 of his buds for that. So scheduling is going to be like this:
12noon - Casuals of 3S, CvS2 and MvC2
1pm - 3S tourney on stations A and B. CvS2 casuals on station C
3pm - CvS2 tourney on stations A and B. MvC2 casuals on station C.
5pm - MvC2 tourney on all 3 stations.

Yeah, tourney was a blast. GG’s to everyone. It was great to get some of the old players back together and to see some of the new ones wrecking shop. There were definitely a few nutty moments during the tourney. Now here are the top 4 for each game.

Yep I play. But I’m no expert. I understand how to play, but I have yet to seriously practice mastering it. I will soon enough to prepare for Evo, of course. (Although VF5 is still my main focus)
I just want to let everyone know that Antoine was involved in a head on collision last week and that’s why he mysteriously didn’t show up at the tourney. He ended up with a fractured wrist, and fortunately that’s the only major thing that happened. Let’s all wish him a speedy recovery. Get well soon mummy-man.
