I have someone who is interested in coming to the Castle Golf Tournament for 3rd Strike. Is there anyone who can possibly drive him from SBU? BTW Urth, when are ya on campus so I know when to call you?
Yo Chris sup. Im usually on campus Tuesdays and Fridays since im off those days. I head to campus Tuesday nights and Thursday nights to go to the gym with people. Give me a call on those days, im usually playing 3S or something at the anime club. Id offer your friend a ride, but i work on sats till 3:30 and usually get to castlegolf late if i do go.
Hello gentlemen; I will likely be heading to Castle Golf on the 13th to rock some faces. I own a spacious Subaru Outback and might be able to pick up a couple of people–I’ll have an exact number once I see how many of my buddies are coming, but I’ll probably have space for at least 1 more.

Now for some troubling news… Somebody allowed a party to be scheduled on Oct 13th… :sad: Luckily, it starts at 11:30am. But we’re still looking at the party not being done till sometime between 2:00 and 2:30.
This most likely means I will have to change the start time to 3pm. Well, most people don’t start showing up till after 3 anyways, so not much will actually change.
The time change is not official yet because I might be able to get the party moved to the next day instead.
i’ll eat all their birthday cake till they cry!!! ill even eat their presents

It is extremely likely I will finally leave Long Island for good this month. (on or before the 25th would be when I leave if it happens this month) Long story short, I’ve been invited to live with a girl in NJ I’ve been getting kinda flirty with… so hell yeah I’m gonna do that. :bgrin:
This does not mean the Castle events have to end. It just means I won’t be doing them. Luckily, one of the other employees has been getting more and more involved with them, (Mark, or “Diesel” as many know him) so he would continue them. I think… If he doesn’t quit in 2 weeks like he said he might. (I think things were worked out so he should be staying) Regardless, just start figuring out how you all wanna handle the events when I do leave. You all can talk with the owner (Lance) and stuff when you come on the 13th. He’s willing to open the arcade during the winter on days when money is sure to be generated, so don’t stop playing just cause the doors close for the season. Keep tourneys going.
Now back to the NJ thing… anyone interested in going to a nerd Halloween party? Games, anime, manga, and cosplay all weekend (26th - 28th) at the formentioned girl’s (Demi) place. I’ll give free venue and entrance fees on the 13th to anyone who will drive me there. Well, depending on how much of my belongings can fit in your car anyway. Basically, the less money I have to spend on the move, the less money you’ll have to spend on the 13th. 
Oh, and we wouldn’t have to leave on the 25th. I could wait till the 26th if somebody’s driving me. The 25th is just so I can save money on the bus. (weekday travel is cheaper than weekend [that includes Friday])
Oh yeah, and there’s a small possibility that I might come back when Castle Golf opens again next year. (April) It depends on my money situation.
Can you tell Urth to log onto srk and answer my pms, or to send me the tracking info on my package?

Now back to me moving… Is there anyone who would be willing to accept payment (or perhaps accept free-everything on the 13th as payment) to dedicate a day (any day) to driving me and my belongings to NJ? (it’s actually only like a 4-5 hour trip) And yes, I would be able to fit all my belongings in your car as long as you empty everything out. Please, I really need this help. I really don’t think I have the money to ship everything and then get a bus ticket. And yes, I would pay for all gas along the way.
Or you can just come and stay for the formentioned party too.

Actually, I completly forgot about the outside tables. We could use those until the party leaves. So if anyone wants to get some extra early casuals going, show up early. I should be there sometime between 12 and 1.

Lance will open the arcade for tourneys over the winter as long as people keep coming to them.
Donald’s arcade is still in the works. I just spoke to him this past Saturday about it. It may turn into a Dave & Busters type deal, it might not. It depends on who’s giving the big bucks to open the joint.

Mark just informed me that the date is changed to the 24th. This makes better sense since mad heads will be home for Thanksgiving break.
