Good times, good times. Thanks to all of those who came on Saturday for 3rd Strike, I really appreciate you guys coming. I’m working on videos as we speak, and thanks to Rosh Hashanah (yes, I actually looked it up to see how to spell it), I’ll have off tomorrow and Friday from school. Needless to say, videos will be done very soon.

I having trouble getting AKB working. I get told “DdEntry10 could not be located in the dynamic link library DDRAW.dll” and I have the latest version of DDRAW.dll from dll-files.com. Also, the config.exe does not work either. You see the program in the taskbar, but the window itself never shows up and click on it in the taskbar (left or right click) does nothing.
Hopefully these will be fixed when I get the latest patch. Link please.
Hey folks, just wanted to let you all know that the videos are up, for the most part. The Top 8 video can be seen on Google Video and the rest of the matches can be viewed on my YouTube account, simply by clicking on the first playlist. More videos will be added throughout the week. Give me some feedback on the videos and how I ran the tournament so I can improve for next time. Thanks again guys!
EDIT: Eddie, the 6th is a bad choice to have the tournament since ECC is going on at the Break in Jersey. I’ll be there, Joe will be there, so will Lex and maybe Carlos. You’ll be missing a large chunk of people, including a tournament runner (me, lol). Can you make it the week after or the week after that?

Thanks. The patch did not fix either problem, but the AKB thread here helped me fix the config problem. The game itself still doesn’t work.

This PC has DirectX8.1, whereas you need 9.0. This will be fun trying to find and get the latest version of DirectX on dial-up…

Now back to ECC… Kenny/John or anyone driving, if you take me with you and we stop by to visit my friends in NJ (all in Riverside), I will pay for a good chunk of the gas and all food. (your’s anyway, I don’t know about everyone else who will also be going with you) Depending on how far my friends are from The Break, I can hook us up with a place to stay rather than having to shell out $100-ish for a hotel.
ABK Version1.0 is finally working. Version1.2 glitches like crazy, but at least v1.0 works. Now to find a good convertor. I found one in Wal-Mart that supports PS, Xbox, and GC all-in-one, but it sends the signals for the d-pad in a retarded way that ABK does not pick-up. I’m forced to play with the analog stick.
And yes, I’m still seriously playing Anoymn.
if its all weird try using Joy2Key and it should work.

Thanks. That was exactly the kind of program I was wondering if somebody made. The convertor I have sends the PS2’s d-pad as POV signals rather than standard X/Y axis.
I meant ECC. I need to travel more.
