Thank goodness Sona was nerfed though. It is virtually impossible, in the laning phases, when you had Sona + a Tank (Sona/Taric duo was even more frustrating), they were virtually tower diving and wouldn’t even be close to dying.
Yeah, I know, and I’m with you but… 3400 for 20 champs vs. 2800 for 8 makes me feel like they’re swindling me. So fuck that.

Hey, who in here knows about the Katarina skins? I tried to get the cat one, but it isn’t available under the “skins” section. But you can go view it at the champions shop, and view it by clicking the “skins” tab. Anyone know how I can get this? Or was it a limited edition? Thanks.

it really depends on the hybrid. A lot of the hybrids are melee with a ranged move to get them in(jax, akali, irelia, and kat come to mind) and if they are already running away from you you may not be able to get your auto attack off, or not get it off as quickly as possible after the jump. For these characters rylais is VERY important. In addition the health from rylais is often very overlooked(same thing with dorans items), that little bit of extra health can be ridiculously important, especially if the game still has small skirmishes instead of all out team fights.
As for mejais, I don’t like snowball items at all except on a very small subset of characters. Mainly people who don’t scale well enough so they are useless without them(these characters are generally just not very good), and characters with ridiculous escape(kassadin and EZ come to mind, and to some extent akali).
The only hybrids I really have experience with are akali and jax. For akali I just build a dorans blade and then treat her as a caster basically(zhonyas, rylais etc…). For Jax I run boots->guinsoos->rylais->atma’s/banshee’s(order depending on opponents team).

You just have to have your entire team focus her, and put wards on the map. You never want to go alone with akali, that’s instant death right there. As a nidalee player, going up against akali sucks, because she is one of the few characters that can outrun nidalee.
Starting to play Janna a lot more. She is so ridiculously good, it almost takes like no skill to play her. She’s also almost impossible to get ganked. If you die as Janna, 95% its really your own fault. Mejai Soulstealer is so easy, because she can get so many assists without even trying. Just hide behind your dps/tanks and just shield them. Just won two ranked games with her. We had a fed chogath in the beginning, so in the group battles all I did was shielded him, and he was virtually unstoppable in the group fights, haha.
