If there’s a name that says “307 jms” they are the Panasonic’s. If you see something like “307 kms” it’s gersung’s…
If memory serves correct

I believe you are correct.
The way I remember it
Modelname-k = Korean mount
ModelnameFJ= jap mount
ModelnameWHATEVERMOUNTSTYLEHERE-kms =Korean switches
ModelnameWHATEVERMOUNTSTYLEHERE-jms= jap switches
Also -st# tension rating
So in example something I don’t believe exists:
Cwl-309helpme-k-kms
cwl-911-helpme-imakms
Gotta love seeing people make the Venom shine!
I have sent the paypal Link. please check your inbox.
package will be ship in the next couple day.
@wazwuz will the crown set not include bronze shaft and actuator?
From some reviews I’ve heard, using a mod like this with the “feel” of the metal on metal, the increased tension and the compatibility the 309MJ has, we would probably make a superior stick.
But the only thing I ask for is to make the clear battop Compatible. we will not get the correct height using most ball tops and the clear battop. The range of colours sanwa offer are limeted And I think a lot of people here are fond of smoother lever.

I have a set cones actuator 15mm; 15,5mm; 16mm from the last project. PM me if you want it
for now, I don’t have any crown to work with. after the second batch Golden Fanta, I will bought 309MJ and learn the mod I can do for crown.
it is up to the participant actually, But I think metal battop nicer, just like @Chumpy did, super sleek stick
@wazwuz that sounds great, I can’t wait to see what you think about it. But I don’t really know what needs to done on the stick to be honest. The idea behind the golden Fanta was originally to replicate the green lever before the golden Fanta became its own lever, but with a crown lever there’s not the same history. Still very curious how a metal actuator will feel.
So much has changed since I studied up to make this thread, I doubt I ever get caught back up
tagging for potential interest in the Golden Fanta kits if any are left in the next couple of months.
I got 8 of the Crown buttons in today. Man are they awesome. They do feel like mechanical keyboard switches which I love. I love the tactile feel of the buttons and I like my buttons and stick LOUD.
Made an order from Makestick yesterday, fingers crossed now. I ordered from them 3 months ago which (I think) was after Rohan left and that went all right, but still praying nonetheless. Why does it feel like such a gamble to order from them lol.
Also hearing all of the positive feedback about the Crown buttons makes me regret not getting any with my last order.
Let us know how that works out mane with the orders and all
I ordered from makestick too on Wednesday and sent an email straight after because I forgot the pin converter to sanwa
I really hope they get back to me this week, still eagerly waiting for my stick and just missed the focus attack stock. Payment is still pending and no shipping notice yet
Will do.

So last time I ordered I didn’t get any emails at all, let alone order or shipping confirmation. It basically just arrived at my doorstep a week after I ordered.
I have received most of the payment and doing packaging today. thank you
I have one sets of golden fanta left. anyone who want it can PM me
also I have one set left of 9mm shaft + 16.5mm actuator
Update: all packages is were shipped yesterday. check your inbox for tracking number

I just got mine today and was going to post nearly the same thing. I love these things!
That’s really interesting. I wonder if we’ll get the real story on the sourcing.
I noticed the difference in pre-travel between my AM51630C69N and Gersung A2 switches immediately, and, other than how they sound, that’s about the only difference between the two.
What is the difference in pre-travel between the two? Do the Gersung A2’s have further or closer activation point?
Gersung GSM******A2 is hinge lever type so the 200gf OF value is irrelevant (relevant only to pin plunger version) , the chart on datasheet shows the real value after reduction via lever, which is 120gf for A2 hinge lever.
Panasonic AM51630C69N as seen in korean joysticks, medium size levered, is supposed to have 180.5 gf OF which is 1.5x the force needed to actuate the levered Gersung.Other than different pretravel distances which are normal (3.2mm max vs 4mm max) , these two models should not feel the same in terms of Operating Force.
