Anyone know what microswitch is the most sensitive? Im basically looking for something that activates as soon as i touch it with basically no force.

Basically want a stick that can return to neutral very fast but has an ultra sensitive microswitch and a very short throw/engage distance.

You’ll probably going to want some Gersung A2 switches, they’re the most sensitive switches I’ve used so far. Just make sure you don’t use any low tension grommet or else you’ll have a whole bunch of accidental inputs, I recommend a 45-65 tension grommet.

Are there any levered cherry switches?

Would you happen to know where to find Gersung A2 switches? I googled it but didn’t have any luck which is what normally happens when I try to find switches. Most of the recommended switches are discontinued.

@killerandundertaker, I spoke to Rohan back when he worked at makestick. I wanted to know if there was a way to purchase these switches because they were not being put on crowns anymore. So he put them up for sale on the makestick website. He is the best

Thanks!

Is the Gersung A2 switch & Gersung V1623A2 the same thing?

I believe they are the same. Their does exist V1623A3s etc, so I suppose just calling them A2 is to differentiate between this type of micro switch rather than V0323A3s etc, otherwise people would be more specific.

So these things are more sensitive than those omron microswitches they use in the sanwa jlf’s?

Somewhere earlier in this thread, someone posted a chart in relation to the model # of gersung microswitches. I just remember the last digit like in the “A2’s” / “A3’s”. 2= 200g of force / 3= 300g of force.

Which stick is in the Tekken 7 FR machines in korea? the 307 or 309?

Also in any case which is better or does everyone perfer? the Myoungshin Fanta or the 309?

While it’s sort of impossible to know by seeing pics but I assume places adopted the 309 or uses a normal Fanta.

Thanks

EDIT: yikes! its apart of the first page. Im sorry about that everyone. looks like they use the 307. Seem like everyone here is saying the 307 is awful tho. Im big on review of people that have actually used it so the 307 i might skip on.

so just my other question then. Between the Myoungshin Fanta and the 309/309 helpme which is everyone felling more?

Thanks.

Is there a list of micro switch specifications such as actuation force?

They used the 307 during 7.0 for sure. They probably didn’t like it so I am sticking with my assumption because the 309 came in just in time for FR.

Yeah I heard they used 307s back when it was a new stick, but I think I heard somewhere that they use 309s now.

i have to been the the tabs on my switches to for me to hit corners constantly. it still feels like i have to pull the lever to edge of the earth to hit corners. but its better than what its was.

does anyone knows when focusattack will get any more fantas or 309s in?
i really dont want to pay $50 to buy one from korea

The 309 is the new hotness, the Myoungshin is the classic. They’re different enough to both have fans. If it’s your first Fanta, I’d recommend the 309 because it will probably take less time to adjust to. I personally prefer the Myoungshin because it reminds me of the Happ hardware I grew up playing on. I should probably just build a custom enclosure, haha.

Someone said earlier in the thread that they were trying to get more in by the end of April, but that’s come and gone. With T7 coming, I’m sure they’ll have them as soon as they can.

Yo, I just got my crown 309mj from makestick.
They shipped that thing from Korea to Illinois in 3 days, no joke.
One thing I can say is it does have much larger dead zones than the JLF I was previously playing on. Anyone have any tips on a larger actuator? A buddy of mine said that would decrease the amount dead zone, but only thing I see online as far as larger actuators, are the ones for the JLF.

I emailed FA and they said by the end of may they’re hoping to have some more in stock.
