@wazwuz Wow thank you for the dissection of the lever. What I am surprised with is that it uses a 14.5mm actuator. That seems a bit too small; seeminly not enough to have good coverage even with the 7mm shaft During my email with Airbaguy for the Fujin lever with a 7mm shaft, he actually recommended a 14.5mm actuator as well. I am wondering if the metal ring on the lever is pushing down the switches so they are closer to the middle.
EDIT: If the placement looks standard, then dang the diagonals must be very small. I am satisfied with my combination with the Taeyoung lever so if a Green lever copycat doesn’t happen, it’s fine.

No. Different screw points, also some of the plastic points are specifically for the 301.
Yes, the ring only push half side of the switch but since it have bottom switch support, so the tilting is not significant.
I see that the green actuator is 19mm long and standart myungshin/golden is 17,5mm. but I don’t think it will have huge effect.
yes diagonal input is a bit challenge in green lever, R-tech so happy when using 15/15.5mm Golden Actuator, since now he can be much precise when hitting diagonal. he just need less than 5mnts to say “Yesss, please keep this setup for me”
It is completely opposite the reason why we made Golden mod, so I don’t think this is a good idea, I know you will spending more in a complete set Golden mod, but your investment will be worth since you will discover your own most preferable setup.
for the moment I work on golden Lever project, I think your idea is good for this project.
I really dont know how he got the green lever , i was in korea few weeks ago and i was begging the owner to sell me one i even offered 1000 euro just to see if money would buy it he still said no.
I guess Genius got his for being commonly going to Green and being friendly with the staff during his Korea stays while Didigoku I believe got his from Only Practice when he attended Ultimate Tournament. A Chinese player was able to get one when he hosted Chanel and Knee. KOFTekken begged for his, plus he is Korean. @kkolding and I believe jfkswe got their own too.
When Lowhigh wants the lever, you know that’s on lockdown. Even regulars like Dotoring and Okay are using different levers at home. You have to be either Nin, Knee, Chanel or someone who is going to Green to use it normally.
nice work @wazwuz intresting finds supprised there is nothing special about green lever so watching knee use his on stream he just is a god with that lever after all ?? understandable being he has used it for a long time i guess
thats fine if green project does not come to fruition we have plenty of options as is im actually tweaking and using a 309 at the moment so not fussed

btw, did this green lever is the first modded K-stick? if so, whoever did the mod deserved a credit to start the innovation. is it the owner who did the mod?
True, Knee have use it for a very long time. and something you practice over millions time will be easy.
Me, I better change/Mod the stick to my preference rather than spending countless hours to fight the stick LOL.
How about this, I will make final batch (about 10-20pcs) for 7mm shaft and 14,5mm actuator to close this green lever chapter and answer our curiosity. anyone interested?

Haha I ordered a ton of actuators and 7mm shafts from airbaguy but I have to use fujin bushing with them which results in higher tension compared to myoungshin bushing with golden fanta shaft. The actuators I got from him come with packs of 5 different sizes and the shaft comes with stock fujin battop.

i know this wont help too much, but through dhl, they got it to my house in 3 days from korea to US east coast over the weekend. i was very impressed.
