Funny happenings from two nights ago. Silver’s jump C TRADED with Oswald’s LDM.

no decent crossup, only a well timed air qcbA/C (but this can be a pain for the incoming after a ko)

i’m able to pull off most of the pressure stuffs for duck and every combo for him but i can’t see hiu effectiveness

Does anyone have a complete list of teams needed for the special endings on the PS2? I found this list (bottom of the page) on GameSpot, but it’s incomplete and the one for Kim + Anyone else is apparently wrong, as I beat it the game twice with him plus members from other teams and got nothing (even used him as my team leader).

Just for fun I made a list of the best Leaders for each team…

I must be like the only Ash player in the world who doesn’t rush down with the guy.

Also I’m liking Kensou, Ash, Malin as a team.

i tried the old df run but a crouching C will come out everytime :frowning:

Charge down, then go to neutral, hit C, then up+K.
Feels just like charge down, move the stick to up and hit C on the way, then hit a kick when you reach up.

I don’t rush down with Ash…and also…somethings like Mary’s High Counter and Geeses catch Oswalds Joker LDM.

I’d say Ash is more like hit-n-run. He’s no Gato rush down but he isnt 3S turtler Chun however either. I bas me game around advacing behind a Ventose (A) and jump-ins. Sides u cant really use him in the traditional defensive Guile case anyway

I rarely ever go near the guy if I’m playing Ash, I don’t see why I should bother ;p. What am I going to do, c.A x 4,000? No thanks.

If I’m ever close to the guy it’s because he’s in the corner and I’m going to keep his ass there.

what u can do at close range

Cr. Ax2, Nivose or Pluviose
Command throw mix-ups to SC, Thermidor, run-in juggle with Nivose
Floreal (blocked) and bait for Pluviose (D)

I love Adel now. He alone can kill off two of the other player’s people. Its not even an option to try that HH stuff with Gato, they’ll just get LDM’d out of it. Not to mention that most of his block strings into command grab works almost all the time.

I also mention the fact that he has a very high jump for getting over those Jump E Clarks, plus his Jump E isnt so bad either. Usually when I pull Adel out, the other player goes into a stalemate with himself, not knowing how to counter against him. I really don’t see a better way to go than L Adel.

Then the random Kaiser Wave to the HHing Kyo is good enough to keep them on the ground EVEN if you dont have those two meters to dish out an LDM.

Regarding Gai, his mixup game is just as good as Momoko in a sense. Dodge into Gai Spider has most of the players here running for their lives. Rushdown characters get shot with it, and even Gato players have to watch themselves in fear of a Dodge into Uppercut. HHers fear the very being of Gai, and to all those who like to empty HH, Dodge into d+K into u+K’ll fix that right away.

He does retarded damage if you havent noticed that yet.

I’ve got a definate team now. L Adel, Gai, & Momoko are sure pressure for anybody willing to go up against me. I don’t have any more problems with Gatos, Oswalds, even Clarks in a sense. This is a team I can live with >_>

Ye gods, today was such horrible day. Kyo is even more of a whore when I’ve apparently become more inept than usual; it doesn’t help that I do think that something might actually be wrong with the stick as well.

I got my ass kicked by K’ a lot today. He has some stupid juggles that didn’t know about until today, I only thought that he could juggle in middle of the stage if he had meter.

I got stunned so many times by Kyo --> K’ that it wasn’t funny; I ended up playing 3S most of the day, which was far more fun today, if only because no one was using Chun-li or Ken (or Gouki).

Oh, and before I forget (and collapse onto my bed due to current stomach pain): How the hell do you tell if you’ve been turned around when you’re getting up? It seems like it should be so stupidly obvious, which makes me all the more frustrated that I keep getting hit by it because I blocking in the “wrong” direction.

Blue EDIT: Oh, and I tried Blue Mary again today, but it was rather abortive. I think I’ll just stop with her and move on to Maxima or Kasumi or, maybe if I want to win for once, Gato.

Ugh…yesterday this guy OCV-ed me with K’. I could’nt get outta the damn corner and shit was hitting me in wierd/retarded ways that he could still combo off of…

I feel your pain about the “turned around” thing. Some people out here will try to purposley get you in that wierd ass state. Which often leads to an early death. I still don’t know how the hell that shit works…
