No, you would only need 5 bars. Do any move or so into NDR (that doesn’t SC) and stop before the 214C part (much like in CvS2). Then immediately input 63214 x2 A/C and it’ll connect. If I can get someone to record me doing it at the next C3 I’ll try and get it up to show you (or maybe you’ll get it down and then put the vid up XD).

^watch this xiaolon OCV and you’ll see her new OTG bnb that uses the ground poison knife throw SEVERAL TIMES in one combo, which apparently has so little recovery on it that it will combo in and out of certain things in OTG strings - so yeah, xiaolon is a slut

Hmmm, the damage scaling is a lot more than I remember for N.Geese, and those Leona combos are pretty BnB. I really need to meet up with someone that can record stuff for me. You can check the other thread [the 2006 thread] and in there around the last page, maybe a page or two back, I wrote a good number of Leona combos. I’ll repeat them here if you want.

The 100% are a pain in the ass to try and do in a real match, but yeah most of them that have a practical beginning (if you look through brae’s videos he has plenty of them) can be done on an unsuspecting person.
Hmmm Kyo/-C, K’, and Ash? Ash I can’t help with atm but I can dig through my binder to see if I joted down any kyo and K’ combos. I still can’t combo off of K’ 623C,2141236A/C (I think that the Heat Drive command). Ah well I switched off him a long while ago though.

he just never seems to need to stop rushing you down, all of his stuff leads you to block low because you’re afraid of getting knocked down into an untechable OTG combo for 40% but you want to block high for fear of eating an overhead into one for half your life…plus he could just walk up throw you once he puts the fear into you…you have to sabaki or CD to get out or you die…he’s fucking scary, i think him and xiaolon are S tier for sure

wat are the tier’s in the this game?
it’s pretty difficult to tier this game since everyone in it, and i mean everyone, has some BS to work with.
i will say that right now the upper echalon seems to be kyo, xiaolon, wild wolf, and a few others.
but it’s still too early to say, and if people don’t start playing this super hardcore in tournaments and what not we may never know what’s really good
on a side note this is starting to seem like the new KOF 2K2 or something
