i’m still iffy on Jivatma, i still think the top brass rape him for fuckin’ free, just people aren’t sabaki’ing and punishing properly.
his spacing really ain’t that great…he sticks out a limb against somebody like billy, and he’ll wish he hadnt. matter of fact 95% of his stuff can be block reversal punished with billy qcf+a~a.
and how the fsck do you figure mizoguchi’s rushdown is better than richard? nay. better than billy, who rapes him free? AND NONE of his powerups are safe, he does not possess any non-techable knockdown to safely set them up, especially considering there’s always a chance he’ll get the poison and THEN get combo’ed to death.

i don’t even know if i’m going to Evo, it’s very doubtful- i am saving for a car at the moment and getting my learners’ in a few weeks so i should be making it to the local tournies and i’ll continue to try and have this game present and rep the lesser known games too, as is my schtick, but everybody should step it up :karate:
Lol it’s hard learning how to play this game when you aren’t able to watch vids and stuff. Is it the same system as MI2/2006, or something new?
And I’m trying to get me a team. But it seems like the only people I’m picking consistently are B.Jenet, Fio, or Lilly. Maybe Richard. Would any of those make a good team combo? Who else could I add? Well, let me note that I will NOT use Kyo, Kyo-C, Terry, Rock, K’, Billy, Yuri, Mai, Ash, etc. Any of those guys. When I play fighters I don’t use the heavily used characters, main characters, or ones my friends use.
I only pick Fio because I like Metal Slug series. And Lilly because I want to counter a friend who whores Billy. I guess I could roll with Xiao, although I never used Duo in 2003/XI. Heard she’s hard to play. I can’t get a feel for Lien. Hanzo and Nagase just don’t seem solid to me. Luise, Mignon, Ninon, and Kula(if I didn’t know who she was) might as well be the same people lol. Guess I’m looking for a good GUY character.

It’s an improved MI2/06. Sidestep actually works now and OTG combos are still there but not as bad as before.
See, now that’s there’s more hype I have to actually strat practicing again to keep up. Damn it, that means I have to find it again (or just sub it for 2006 for the time being).

Just letting you know, if you plan on getting into this game seriously that Armour Ralf is banned from play. I’m sure you can tell why.

Oh ya i played ninon like the whole tournament vs esom… i don’t really play her too well as far as knowing her moves, i just stuck to the basics I guess… but maybe I’ll learn how to really use her. She was the best counter I could think to his Mai (which was realllllllllly good) out of the characters that I play, which was awesome because she is C tier and mai is A.
