Avengers did the action scenes better? WHAT? I almost about laugh every time Thor appeared during that final battle. THOR doesn’t fight on the ground! Not to mention that fist fight he had with Loki? that was pathetic!
Captain america, Black widow, and Hawkeye were just punching and kicking random goons…Nothing exciting about that at all. If it wasn’t for Iron man and Hulk that Final battle woulda fallen flat on its face.
Yeah there’s no real contest between Man of Steel and Avengers. The latter had mammothly superior dialogue, characters/characterization, and overall flow.
Both have action scenes filled with horrible shaky cam, but atop Man of Steel’s flaws that’s another straw on a dead, broken camel.

I’d say its serviceable as a action summer blockbuster but that’s about it. Truth be told is that I’ve read a few arcs of supes that would have made a good movie I think Hollywood stil has a tough time with the super hero genre…iron man 3 ruined my hope in marvel movies.
Man of steel gave me eveything I wanted and nothing I didnt. With the exception of a few moments that made me go wtf it was pretty much what I would have wanted in a live action dbz movie lol. But seriously there were some big wtf scenes but snyder DID direct sucker punch so ya.

all over the comic books and this movie. Therefor, I shall spare myself anymore teeth-gritting in the future by not suffering
anything more to do with the comics, movies, ect.

They could one-up that by adapting the comic where some petty thug threatens Superman with a chunk of Kryptonite, and Superman plucks it out of his hand and eats it like a snack. Full-on trolling, even by Superman’s standards.
