You don’t need combos to win this game. I could easily beat scrubs with light punch. At the end, capitalizing on mistakes only helps you win the game. It does not make you good. What’s necessary are mindgames ,footsies, and all of that. It doesn’t matter whether Justin practiced or not, he’s a world class level player. Unless you can get off your ass and do better than him (and that includes beating Kazunoko and all the top Jap pros), then shut the fuck up. Sure, Ricky could’ve substituted Justin as team leader, but if we look at it through a tournament perspective and all, Justin is arguably better. Unless you want to purposely troll shoryuken, what you are doing is being a moron for bashing on one of the best players in the world. At the end, I’ll be honest here: It wouldn’t have mattered. No one was even expecting Floe to have a remote chance of beating Kazunoko after he demolished every single player he faced (except Ryan Heart where he won 2-1). It would’ve been US’s loss already. Unless we bring in Daigo or some insane counterpick like bonchan (who wins less than Kazunoko does in their first to 10 match), there would’ve have been a chance in victory. This thread is pointless. Please close it mod.
this post gives me a headache
please close the thread now
This so much. Noel, with the 3/5 compromise, was granted to give the USA a great advantage. Of course, this can be countered by Japan, by not sending Kazunoko as one of the 3 Noel will beat.
I still think that for Rufus, though, Ricky is the best.
No man, the code was Alex Jebailey.
Justin Bailey actually:tup:
Not just assholes, but stupid, humorless assholes.
It’s pretty easy to defend Justin’s placement on the team, but it’s not easy to defend his performance. People who are acting like this is an isolated incident of sloppy play need to review Justin’s matches a couple weekends ago at SBV. World class players who are serious about the game just don’t drop FADC into Ultra at least once per match. I’m not saying Justin isn’t a good player or even that he isn’t one of the best in the US. I’m saying that if he wants to act like he’s one of the best Street Fighter players in the world and talk a big game, then his execution needs to give us an inkling that he picks up the game more than once a month.
I thought Justin quit being serious about SFIV.
Yeah, that’s kind of the problem.
Wonder what would happen if Justin posted in this thread. What would he say?
Ponder…
Didn’t he talk about his Devestation match with Latif reigniting his interest in the game?
Pretty sure the guy retains some sort of interest in the game, especially with a huge team tournament with a huge prize coming up. So the guy made a mistake that, according to you, he shouldn’t have made. It’s not like he screwed up every single match that he had. I thought that the majority of his play at CC was solid overall.
Shit happens. Don’t see why you need to make a big deal out of this.
Is all that post towards me or OP.
Anyways now I missed Devastation so I don’t know everything that happened with Wong.
But I wouldn’t blame him considering there is a patch looming in the horizon that and UMVC3.
There should be an admin on srk who monitors people new to the forums so that they dont post their opinions that have no actual knowledge or base behind them. Either that or new people should only be able to post in the knubbe forums until they prove they actually know something about this game.
Rest of it was directed at Fivec, sorry if that wasn’t clear.
No big but glad to hear that his interest has returned guess all he needed was a break.
I’m going to assume this is directed at Jozhear, who thinks that finishing your combos isn’t important.
That’s not what he said at all.
What he said was that even though Justin makes mistakes, he’s still a top player.
Just ignore him he’s flame baiting at this point.
Why Isn’t Fivec Banned Yet.
Mofo cracks open a New Thread whenever he gets upset, mofo got problems.
Getting a punching bag or something and stop making fucking threads. Some please close this idiotic shit.
are you unaware of the fact that i posted what i said having done better at CC than any tournament you’ve ever been to in your life
