My theater got the 3-D version so I’ll most likely check this out either Friday or Sat. I kept hearing something about a 3d visor or the movie is already in 3d, I know nothing about that really but my theater has it to where I have to where the big goofy glasses.
Just got back from watching and IMO it was a fun action sci-fi movie.
Granted there were numerous stuff you could guess will happen but even then…they were enjoyable.
There were some pretty emotional moments to me at least, but the first hour was the best (the later half is still good, but…) I was surprised at how much I’ve seen in the first hour when I checked my cell for any messages/calls.
Whoever did the visuals in this movie >>>>>>>>>>>>> Pixar
The story is fairly straight forward, but packs lots of morality and emotion along the way. Wall-E was super predictable as well, but both deliver amazingly well.
Honestly, probably one of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time.
Wow i just watched this movie in 3D
Infuckingcredible movie, one of the best i have ever seen.
You MUST see this in 3D the experiance can not be duplicated, and no other way does it justice.
I was gonna say it reminds me of warren worthington, the Angel char from the x men comics, but i youtubed him and lets just say the results are why i can never admit to reading a comic book ever to a female.
Not for nothing but that was some of the gayiest shit i have ever seen, especially
CAUTION
This is really really gay in a bad touching uncle kindda way not man man love kindda way
you are warned.
@loldotcom- Actually Wall-E wasn’t that predictable to me.
Navee
[details=Spoiler]So who else wish they could be a Navee? The way they live their life and their connection to their eco system is just…beautiful and spiritual.
Oh and I didn’t know what they meant by them being giants until I watched the movie I was like ‘THEY’RE THAT FUCKING TALL?!’ when I first same them standing next to the humans.[/details]
^Contact lens? :3
Oh yeah could explain what the point of those masks they wear? I can get if it’s to help them breath, but why wouldn’t the atmosphere also affect their skin?
I think they said something about the atmospheric pressure, so it’s not a matter of not being able to take in their “air” but the human body’s performance on the planet’s atmosphere
it’s probably not the same amount of pressure you’re imagining; having a breathing mask probably stops humans from fainting and dying in their sleep due to the fragility of our bodies pulmonary respiratory. so it’s not so much to just squish us instantly but it’s enough for our bodily systems to gradually give in to the pressure
that’s the answer for Effected. if you really meant Affected, the soldiers tended to ham up the condition of the environment at the start of the film,

Spoiler
the captain? with the slash on his face speaks about his flawless record on earth etc till he came to pandora. so i guess that gives some kind of indication to human performance on the planet.
I liked it. sure there are random flaws or whatever but overall it delivered. no its not up there with t2 but not a complete shit-storm either.
yeah looks like avatar is worth the 3 hour round trip(just bring a psp lol) for IMAX. probably gonna watch it tomorrow cuz I am sure ticks are sold out by now.
