I prefer Chidori. All Zero’s setups and common combo elements need made up names.
Hey I’m new to the zero forums my team is Zero,Virgil & Dante & i was wondering if this combo is good enough for building meter & damage. It also seems to be a full corner to corner combo. i dont umvc3 at my home at this moment but i’ve tried it out already & it works. cr.M,st.H,shippuga,st.L,st.M,st.H,shippuga, launch, down H,Neutral H, land then j.M(x2),buster shot, L raikousen, launch, MMHS, H Sentusian, level 3 Buster,L raikousen, Virgil assist(rapid slash), launch, Special(x2), H sentusian, level 3 buster, L raikousen, Dante(Jam session) assist, launch, H raikousen, Lv3 buster, L raikousen, TK H sentusian.
That’ll only setup to confuse people later on, just stick with the traditional names.
down H neutral H combo is well known corner carry I believe. I haven’t seen a 2x j.M used in it before though. I will try to test it out later.
Any of you Zero combo masters wanna see if you can extend this combo anymore? It’s a modification of a combo I saw posted here.
cr. M , st.H , Shippuga , S, j.M , j.M, H. Lightning xx Buster, air dash, S (flying screen), assist, H. Dive, dash, S, air magic series
You can then do OTG buster xx lightning S, S, Dive. I got 555,xxx if I remember right after that ending. I know obviously you can do Skittles or LL’s. And I know you can kill Thor off of a sneeze with Dante/Vergil assists.
And oh yeah I’m busing Doom beam for the assist. If anyone wants to go super hardcore my team is Zero/Doom/Akuma

Yo, rekkouha XF into Genmu zero is my fav Zero combo.
EDIT: We should build up a list, to see from which chars DHCing into sougenmu we can get the Lightning loop, could be useful.
^ if you’re going to pop X-Factor, why not do Rekkoha XF, :s:, sj:m: xx :l: Raikousen, j. lv3 Buster, :l: Raikousen, TK 
Sentsuizan, Rekkoha (if you have to).
Only time I can think of where Genmu would be better is if picked up the assists in the combo too. Or if time on XF is precious you want the quick kill into mixup for incoming characters.
Well i sort of came up with the j.M(x2) after landing from the neutral H… I made this combo up because the other corner to corner combos i tried doing were to inconsistent for me…I mean my execution isn’t all that because this is the 1st fighting game i’ve ever taken seriously in my life…
All I do is Rekkouha XFC Rekkouha :C Right now I’m working on the following extension to my Zero BnB:
(After any air magic series ending in a knockdown in the corner): [call dormammu dark hole assist] OTG M Sentsuizan, [dark hole connects] Launcher xx air lvl3 buster, L Raikousen, TK M Sentsuizan xx Rekkouha, but hot damn it’s hard

Compared to some of the combos in this thread, this is really bad damage wise. My assist were not meant to maximize Zero’s damage but I have been using this team for most of my Vanilla time and I want to make it work. I do play Team Japan (Zero/Dante/Akuma) as an alternative.
Combo #1: Corner carry with Ryu assist
Comment: The damage for this is extremely bad since Zero can corner carry and do more damage on his own. I was just trying out some things with my assist.
Combo #2: Going for damage without Raikousen Loop
Comment: The damage for this should actually be lower cause no one is realistically going to opening someone up with IAD S xx H Setsuizan.
Combo #3: STEB ender lite with Ryu Assist
Comment: This was my favorite thing to do in Vanilla because it looks so cool. While it does still work in Ultimate, it only works in short combos due to the new Hit Stun Deterioration. In longer combos, the opponent rolls right out after M Setsuizan OTG Ryu assist.
Zero/dante/akuma isnt team japan thats just frieda who uses him lol. Kk back on topic

I mostly genmu zero for show or to kill off characters with to much health ( looking at you thor hulk and wesker ) and cause it makes me feel like im a power ranger/spirit reaper whenever zerp says shit in his english voice.

A few other JP players rocked that team as well. Well I at least remember that one dude, his tag was Spin King iirc
That’s the combo I do after Rekkouha XF. I dont remember saying Genmu zero was my “to go” combo, I just said it’s my favourite regardless if I use it or not 
Also, midscreen that combo is kinda hard to do, since raikousen switches sides,well, after a zero combo they shouldn’t be midscreen, but you get the idea.
Mid-screen you can do M Raikousen instead if you want, can Buster as you fall and is easy enough to knock them down with either M Command Dash S or just M Sentsuizan. I get your point though.
The only One I met was frieda, and he said more japanese played Mag/wolve/dante, well that was Vanilla I have to ask frieda if he still uses Zero and what not.
Hmm interesting about the chidori > rekkoha > DHC into fast activating hyper.
I have nova second on my team and think that it should work if I DHC into supernova. I’ll have to try it out when I get home.
or you can use any of his 3 hypers I guess. All of them look pretty fast, Im afraid to see how much damage will a chidori xx Rekkouha DHC max Gravimetric Blaster do.
