@Mystic kal: Good job on those combos, got some nice BnBs going there!

Not very strict, you should take your time between the first TK L Raikousen and the H Raikousen so that it helps guarantee you have a charged buster.

The only problem is that sometimes buster hits twice (during the loop) and sometimes it hits once. I’m trying to figure out why though.

Also I find against heavier character you’re better off just doing L or M (M has the benefit of H but also the added benefit on working on characters that fall quickly like L). You’ve got to see what works for you/ with which characters tbh.

But in general it works on characters of all sizes.

Oh the other reason I prefer M and H is because they’re a lot more likely to crossup in blockstrings/ dropped combos so it’s really damn good.

DAM I cant do that LOL… I can do Dr Doom shit and Viper shit but for some reason TK Raikosin just shits on me lol…

Does anyone know a good extension with Dorm black hole? I feel like there is something decent i should be able to do with it.

I can’t really get a grasp on Lightning Loop because there’s so much shit going on around Zero I can’t see when he’s in the air so I can TK Lightning lol

I just listen to the lightning sounds. Hear it go off two times > TK lightning

My problem with it is continuing the loop after the 1st set of 3 raikousens. Get all fidgety as usual and mess up. starting the second set of 3 or ending the combo. I’ll get it in good time…

Either use Dark Hole to carry corner to corner (magic series, launch, air magic series, call Dark Hole, nj H Dive OTG etc)
Or for the combo ender, call Dark Hole, jump back H Dive OTG, S, j.Buster, L Raikousen, M Sentsuizan. Basically the Lite STEB Extender which you can do with a lot of multi hitting assists.

Guess I’m gonna have to work on the extension section now.

While we’re on the subject of extending combos with Dorm’s dark hole assist, is there any way to make it connect better in the corner? In my experience the dark hole appears off-screen so it doesn’t hit properly =( should I walk back a bit before calling him and doing Zetsueizan for the otg?

Just jump back M Dive, works every time. Cos Dorm appears where you are at that point in time so land, call Dorm, jump back. He’ll be where you were for the jump back, rather than where you initially called him, that brings the Hole a bit out of the corner, enough to do the ender and extensions.

Here’s the ender I developed for Spencer diagonal grapple assist.

Whatever into hard knockdown, Call Spencer, TK M Sentsuizan, Spencer hits, 5S, sj.M xx lv 3 Buster, wait, H Sentsuizan, Rekkoha.

Normally this would drop between the sj.M and Buster after a long combo but it works because the grapple has a much higher hitstun value than Zero’s j.M. I worked this out in vanilla when they announced buster was no longer hard knockdown. If you use a second assist to land 5S and end Raikousen loop in TK Sentsuizan you can tack this on the end no problem for extra damage.

Anyone have a list of hypers that leave the opponent in a really floaty stance? Like Million Dollars before the last shot?
Working on DHC’s into Lightning Loop and it’s working marvelously for Dante and possibly Dormammu atm.

Off the top of my head I know Mighty Tornado and Supernova if cancelled early, and Burst Time.

doesn’t the old DHC trick from vanilla still work? you don’t get the hitstun and damage reset but you could probabl still put them in the lightning loop in the corner.

D-Loop doesn’t work, Lightning Loop does work though like I said. It works great for Dormammu too in the corner so for the Dormammu players out there. DHC from Chaotic Flame on the last hit (when they go flying up) into Sougenmu, then TK H Raikousen, lv3 Buster = your lightning loop.

Haha the damage on this is ludicrous.

The last hit of Nova’s Gravametric Blaster, The last hit of Spencer’s Bionic Maneuvers and Bionic Arm work for that setup as well.

At that point you’ve already done more damage than a rekkoha, so just keep at it to upgrade to ludicrous damage.

Also, using buster after the first 3 raikousens does make the combo a lot easier, because you can wait for them to fall to a lower height for the buster (basically, whatever height you started at).

Here we go, DHCing into Sougenmu from Chaotic Flame, Million Dollars, Burst Time and all that good stuff. Unoptimized but just wanted to get it out there especially for Chaotic Flame, no doubt others have been doing it for million dollars already anyway.

Edit: Just realised that’s 355,500 damage AFTER Chaotic Flame…

Nice! You can do the same thing with Wesker’s Gunshot assist on OTG as well. On OTG, call wesker, then activate shadow, then TK H raikousen, buster and then your lightning loop. I did something similar before but never thought about doing the lightning loop from the setup.

I’ve just tried it and it also works with bionic arm, bionic manouvres and dimension slash. I have a feeling it works with any character that used to have a DHC glitch in vanilla since that leaves them in a floaty state.

It makes zero sound really scary if you can lightning loop after most DHCs…

edit: dimension slash is hit and miss. i did it once but it’s random

also, how are u getting that 2nd TK H Raikousen in there?
