Thanks GG. I assume this is best used mid screen. Or perhaps in the corner can be used to force the opponent to block and jump for an air grab reset before the javelin hits
Man, the :l: Centurion Rush goes under some many things so fast. I pretty much completely avoided a team hyper of Chaotic Flame and Hyper Psionic Blaster with it. So dope. Great way to start somethin’ up. Gonna experiment and see what I can get off of it.
Does it knock them out of it??
Yeah, the hit knocked ‘em out of it. The THC was just starting and then I moved in an’ hit Dorm’s ankles. Can’t remember if it was a trade or not it happened so fast. I just said “whoa” an’ went on.
NICE!, I must test this out when I get home
Yea I am noticing some really weird shit with :h: centurion arts… So far if I have been in its active frames nothing has stopped my forward motion… Not Gamma Wave… Not Striders Legion Super … Spencers Armor Piercer even completely stuffed Sentinels Crouching M… I really need to find this moves upper limits. Predicting a move you can run through will definitely give you a nice advantage.
OMG that is some good info!
So do all of the Centurion’s have armor or is it the just the :h: one?
As far as I know just the H. L OTG’s and M hits high and ground bounces people in the air
can you tell me which version of the nova strike this is gonna put it in the first post
Okay, I’m gonna take a bit of a dump here:
Anywhere BnB, not the most damage, but it has alot of spots where you can add assists and up the damage.

Rocket Punch loop in the corner. Its good because you can confirm it off anything, you don’t need jH>5H starter.

Combo using Slant Shot to combo into Nova’s Crumple:

A better and more technical version of the combo, is very swag if you understand all the tricks that make it work.

Maximum swag. Just demonstrating potential ways to use assists in Nova combos.

Also, I made two tech videos as part of a little series I’m gonna try and do:

I’ll probably repost this in the video thread too.
Centurion Rush H is what I use to punish alot of things with. Free combo into anything afterwards as well.
I’m still going with the simple stuff here. I can’t do Fly/unfly cobos.
“S+Atk, QCB+H, cr.M-S, sj.M-M-H, Fly, L-M-H-S, f.H, S, sj.H-QCF+M xx DP+AtkAtk”

Nice, I do a lot of this in the casuals shown here around 1:20 or so, you can even raw tag in spencer after the crumple and do an armor piercer. http://www.twitch.tv/arcadeufo/b/300127521
Spencer has things just as ridiculous with nova assist as well.
You know what I hadn’t thought of that… lol. I kept trying raw tag after a hit with the meaty H Rocket (this is why I plink dash back twice), but they slowed down the raw tags.
I might have more vids soon in that case, lol.
Yah I’m trying to figure out how to get spencer to hit them after the l rocket punch loops, I’m planning on using these guys in the next superior tech so help in finding out more knowledge is always great.
I don’t know if you can, I had alot of raw tag combos on some of my old teams, and with all of them they don’t really work. I’m also positive that:
1)Raw Tag hitboxes are smaller
2)Raw Tag recovery is longer
Also, play with that meaty H Rocket setup. (with the plink Dashing) since it hits meaty you recover with alot more time to do stuff. I’ve got a screen specific combo where I can link Centurion H after the meaty wallbounce.
Nono I’m positive you can raw tag literally anytime you land the crumple, I’m just trying to figure out how to get spencers assist itself to hit after the rocket loops, I’m starting to think it may not be possible though.
Oh, I thought you meant after a bounce, where you hit them with the tag.
And yeah, I couldn’t after more than one loop (at which point there’s no point), Need a way to cause an untechable knockdown or lock them in place, Dante or Strider maybe?
