Black Adam:
Everyone keeps asking me about black Adam. Well he has a really good command divekick. His trait is like Strider orbs… So you can use it to get on that ass. His trait is very, very, very good. Also has some decent zoning tools and his combos hurt a ton.
Well I shouldn’t say Strider orbs since you can’t throw them at the opponent. Maybe Vergil super from UMvC3 would be a better comparison.
Harley Quinn:
Harley is very rush down heavy in your face. She has a stance move that puts your opponent into a mixup when she does it.
She also has setups that catch tech rolls in this game, making her very ambiguous and hard to block. Also very flashy combos.
Lex Luthor:
He’s a big character with some nice grab setups
Bane:
Bane has 3S Chun-Li low forward too lol
Shazam:
Shazam has that Psycho Crusher. That’s all I’m gonna say lol
Doomsday:
Doomsday is the fortress type character. He is very rush down heavy and an in your face character. Like the comics, when he has his trait, he’s almost impossible to stop.
Wonder Woman:
I can say she’s one of those characters with good mobility, decent mods teen cause of whip and has air dash, so fuzzy setup all day.
General:
Transitions are not a problem in my opinion. First off you can’t timer scam. Secondly, some characters are very strong on certain parts of the screen with interactables. You will want to transition them to get positioning.
You can also charge the transition moves. Has armor properties (cost 1 bar) and it works like SF4 Focus in many ways.
There are macros and advanced controls for people that want SF inputs.
As I said before my impressions are on point but things are still changing. Things have changed in the PAX build too.
