The reason why I believe that the best team from this infinite is FRank and then Phoenix is because it doesn’t matter if they kill your first character or second character or even snap in phoenix to get her killed…
If you have lets say Magneto on point and they get you into a combo and do the TAC tech to burn your bar and kill mags you still have TWO characters that can do the glitch to either get frank to level 5, phoenix to dp, or BOTH because the infinite is going to build enough bar for phoenix and you’ll get 100 hits to snap the pic for frank.
You should always try to prevent the infinite because:
A-losing a bar off the side TAC (the least found for infinites atm) is really not a loss. If you get a hit somewhere, you’re just going to have five bars because all three of your chars have infinite. WHO needs meter? lol.
B-If you get a hit somewhere you basically win the whole match. Good luck hitting a good DP or level 5 Frank to even start the infinite.
C-It grants you more chances of survival to get one hit. Let them do their regular combos. Whoopty do. Only top level players or really good Spencers kill in one hit. Most players do a combo that almost kill your character in one combo and then a nice 7 or 8 hit combo kills them. That makes 6 chances basically.
This game has turned into a game of chance, not skill.
Frank/Phoenix are helped by this. Both of which could use the buff (frank not so much so)
Dorm/task/modok/nova get good damage of theirs.
Everyone else it doesn’t seem useful for (gimmicks like dirt nap and vergil with bar maybe)
But I can’t help but look back to mvc2 ironman.
You can run out a clock in the right situation and you can kill problem characters in the right situation. But mostly its not gonna be worth giving your opponent the meter.
I feel like this is not gonna be a big meta for most characters and only a few
There is no ‘maybe it’ll be useful’ about X-23 having 5 bars and still with XF after killing your first character (she doesn’t even need do it herself). Unless you have sent or morrigan, its game over.
Is that just supering on the first frame you can act? In any case, this proves my point further.
Plus Dante is someone who can pull the infinite off… basically you need to find out who is the remaining person you need on your team to get that first opening hit and you are good to go. I’m not even sure team order matters too much, just need to make sure you have enough time after the first kill to raw tag, dirt nap and call jam session…

Tried to do one for Raccoon and failed. Hopefully this sparks ideas lol Couldn’t get the hitstop frame. Cred mostly goes to Tomo since it’s his idea tbh.
Yeah my hands HATE doing stuff slow I literally can’t lol Hence my execution at times is very bad. Plus I’m tired I haven’t had sleep yet so I may try this again
