Do any of you guys have a copy of Virtua Fighter 4? We could use an extra copy of that. I appreciate you all for stepping up and helping out the tournament. We should be good as far as Xbox 360s and Playstation 2’s go. What we really need now is another Nintendo Wii for Brawl, a few more Dreamcasts with Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Super Street Fighter X: Turbo (just in case the cabinet doesn’t come through.) Another thing we can use are copies of Soul Calibur III as well. Maybe just another copy of Third Strike would do it. But we desperately need another Wii there. Someone volunteered to bring a copy of Brawl but I’ve yet to get someone to bring a system. One more copy of King of Fighter XI would be nice as well.
Since we have in house sound a projector and a screen would be excellent for the crowd and for the finals of the game. If anyone can bring one make sure to let me know.
We are getting pretty close to having all the equipment we are going to need so remember guys your chances are running out of getting half off entry or free. So make sure you take advantage of this. And major thanks to those who have.
I’ve got a friend coming who should be able to bring a Wii and King of Fighters XI. I can’t remember if he still has Virtua Fighter 4 and Soul Calibur III though I believe he does. I’ll get him to post later today hopefully.

Also head up to everyone. There’s been a change of plans. The venue is not going to be at the same location. The Georgia World Congress Center has asked for me to move my tournament from Building “A” room A405 to building “C” room C205 due to the fact that there are no events scheduled for that section of the building that day. Meaning that it would just be our tournament alone in that section of the building if we stayed in building “A” and that would not be a good thing. So we are moving the tournament to building C of the Georgia World Congress Center room C205. It’s a much bigger, more spacious room also.
Are you gonna have any PS2 to DC converters for ST?
More than likely not. I can’t even find any of them anywhere. Every search I do on google only brings up DC to Ps2 and not the opposite. I’ll buy some if they are available anywhere for sale at good price to provide to the tournament.

Remember if any of you plan on coming to pre-register as soon as you can because if enough people come I am going to make this into a two day event to insure that it finishes on time. If there isn’t enough people, it will remain a one day event. But I must know where I stand as far as people coming because the worst thing would be that too many people come and not enough time.

sorry for the late reply. But soon as my Xbox broke, then went my laptop, and then went my car. So I have no cash since car>360. Although I haven’t been able to practice, I’m still planning on making it down there to watch! I’m really wanting to watch some SC3!! Hell Yeah!
And I know someone asked me if I live in ATL, the answer is no, but I’m moving there in a couple months. And I only play SC, I have SC2 for Xbox, and my SC3 is broken 
Wow, when it rains it pours it seems. Make sure you call Microsoft. If it’s for RROD they will repair it completely free. They’ll send you a box to your house for you to ship it back in free of charge. Just call 'em up. I’m sorry to hear all that stuff happening to you. I hope to see you at the tournament. If you can bring equipment along with you, I’ll let you in free of charge without a tournament entry fee and you can watch for free.

Anyone can play casual as much as they’d like provided we have enough units for casual play. That is after all what makes the tournament $20 entry fee worth while. Yours is waived however. That is why I am encouraging as many people to bring systems/games as much as they can. I’ll register you and metal mike as well. I forgot to register him.
Also, just letting anyone know who is bringing equipment that when I say your entry fee is waived it means the entry fee to enter the tournament itself (the one everyone must pay). To enter particular games (the money that goes to the pot for each game) you still must pay so that the winner will have a prize pot to win. But this still saves you money as you are solely only paying to compete and that’s it.
It would really make my day if someone can come through with a project and screen.
