Any info on whether or not the custom harness will be available at etokki.com?
I think I read somewhere that he is thinking of selling them.
I know it has been awhile since you responded to my post, but I have only now had the time to try messing with my stick. Could you tell me what I should do with the D+ D- wires on the paewang? Do I just place them in the D and E slots where I will be putting the rj45 cables?
I’ve been having a strange problem I can’t figure out. I wired this thing to my stick but the other buttons ONLY work when I hold down R1.
Any idea what’s going on?
Nvm, I figured it out. Can you reverse the order of the images of the PCB soldering points? The picture right below the diagram doesn’t correspond to the diagram and is confusing since it’s also not labeled so one would think that the diagram corresponds to the picture.
bit of a problem,
first i soldered L,P,D,R wires w/ground to the JLF at the solder points where micro switches and the pcb meet, but i when i use the stick for pc the movements are being recognized as POV Hat instead of XYZ axis.
I tried holding down turbo, that isn’t helping, i wasnt having this problem before when i was using the stock joytron omron switches with the JLF.
nvm,
mame isnt recognizing the dpad.
Will not.
No Mounting Plate either.
If I’m sticking the pcb into another stick, instead of breaking the junk board off the usable one where it’s soldered can I clip the pins further out and just solder to them?

I have encountered a problem I was at SvB 20-X and my stick stopped working during the Tournament, I wasnt able to switch from 360 to ps3 so I opened it up due to the kind staff. I immediately noticed the soldering had given away from the turbo area, due to not having access to tools I had to keep playing cause I was in another tourney later on and it was already set to 360 when it “broke”.
I got back from the trip and figured all I needed to do was to solder the turbo again, however last night I couldnt get it to work at all so Im unable to switch the pcb from 360 anymore. Is there a chance I “burnt” the pcb by using it without turbo being “connected” to select button. ( had select and turbo to same button )
I tried redoing all soldering points I even changed the daisy chained ground but I cant get turbo to work at all.
idk if its because im using the stock buttons or i was using mame, but whatever it is it will not let me ex in 3s
If I put in a Korean Stick, do I have to sodder anything?
The Microswitches, if you want to.
Use Quick Disconnect if no soldering.
its solder and yes, idk if it can be done without modding the actual k-stick its self.
There’s well detailed guides on here, just gotta use the search function.
So if my friend wants one of these, are these the right stuff to buy without the need to solder anything? (I have a bad experience with a solderer so I prefer to not use one)
So, are you going to listen to me about the Quick Disconnects?
The Buttons will require soldering by the way.
Oh lol I originally had them but I guess I didnt cut it out. The 110 QD’s right?
Well then, are the stock parts high quality?
Laugh.
You need .187" for the Joystick.
For Buttons, get CWB203A if not want to solder.
And then .110" Quick Disconnect for those.
