Why? that’s a fair length for a movie. Having bonus content means it’ll be just fine anyways. Telling a concise story will do wonders for the movie over it being bloated with too much content. I trust cofino after the gdlk short cut.

I know that Sundance is going on right now. Did I Got Next get selected? I am trying to find out but I have no idea where to look lol. I’m on the Sundance website and can’t find any sort of list of movies that are going to be shown.

That’s not what I looked at… I don’t remember where it was but I did find a list of the films selected to be aired and I Got Next wasn’t one of them. It’s not on that list you posted, either.

I didn’t enter I Got Next into Sundance this year. I did just hear back from another festival and unfortunately IGN didn’t get one of the very limited spots. I do have some good news for you guys though, I Got Next has found a distributor! I’ve signed with Mattoid Entertainment (http://www.mattoidentertainment.com) and they’ll be distributing the film.

Bang the Machine is limited screening and only shown at EVO on a yearly basis now and I don’t even know if they’re doing that anymore.
congrats, you may be the first ever maker of a fighting game doc to actually get a general release. I look forward to paying to own it/watch it. Well done!

The goal is to get IGN to as wide an audience as possible, and thankfully digital distribution makes that much easier than say, a DVD release. Not to say a DVD release isn’t in the works, just for right now we’re focusing primarily on digital distribution and so we can get it out to as many people as possible. I know that was sort of a vague answer, but things are very much up in the air right now, and I don’t want to put any misinformation out there accidentally.
I also wanted to tell everyone to tune in to the Guard Crush (http://bit.ly/hbq5HJ) stream on the 30th, I’ll be making an announcement about the film and the Team Spooky guys will be playing a new trailer and a cut scene from the film.
