The dad was ordered to go to court because he had unpaid child support & was visiting when he wasn’t suppose to. The ex-wife hired a lawyer to collect from him. When he appeared to the judge his excuse was as quoted in the article…

You cant increase a visitation order without filing for an increase & there would be documents to prove this. You’re not allowed to just go & pick up your son any time you feel like it. There is a schedule that you must maintain that both party agree upon. For him to play the clueless card about the visitation & also play the clueless card about his salary amount is quite suspect.
Again he was jailed because of contempt & walking out of the courtroom. Says right there in the article, its not because “he overpaid & visiting his son too much”
While the jail time is a little harsh you dont just get to pay child support whenever you feel like it. If he paid 3 grand just so he could avoid jail then he was waaaaay in the hole and was being a bum dad anyway.

Blacks and hispanics also put a stupid emphasis on education, without having the awareness on the importance of class major, GPA and rank of school. Rank is absolutely everything in this world, especially for the unconnected. If you’re unconnected you have to pretty much go Obama and top out at Harvard/Yale to achieve something. Your average black person refuses to grasp this, and goes to 100+ ranked garbage schools and then majors in something worthless like Math or Women’s studies. One is useless because there are no jobs for it and the other is useless because the glut is too big for it and no jobs for it.
But probably the deck is stacked against blacks and hispanics anyway. They have the lowest average IQs and that’s just scientific fact. Men in general have a bi-modal IQ distribution, when women are more centered around the mean. That means women don’t have low variation but not high variation either. Intelligent males are generally going to be more intelligent than females, but if a male isn’t one of those he’s likely to be less intelligent than a female. And since blacks and hispanics are generally on the lower end of that IQ average, usually women are smarter than the men for those races, and that usually leads to problems. But the men are so dumb I guess they like it that way, as long as they can “chase pussy.”
A lot of these subjects are taboo, but there are a few books and studies that explain the scientific facts on it. Some crazy Asian woman just released a book about superior races, she of course selected Asians as one of them (specifically Chinese, also included Indians and a few others).

So no I’m not necessarily going to assume he did anything more than what was stated. Also the contempt charge was mentioned as an aside, when she said a motion could have been filed so that the case can be reevaluated. For what reason? You already had it in your mind that what he did was worth 6 months in jail.
So you put him in jail, where he can’t work and make money anymore.
Then when he comes out of jail he has a criminal record which makes it harder for him to find a new job and get enough money to pay child support

If he paid his child support she wouldn’t have to get a lawyer. Now if he prove he did then the woman would have to pay for her own lawyer but because the judge found in favor of her instead of him he was stuck with the bill.
If the media decide to post up the whole story this wouldn’t be a story at all. The story is so one sided like i said before. The guy didn’t get 180days just because he was a guy or black guy. He got it because he was in contempt in court. He didn’t pay for his child support on time. He didn’t follow visiting schedule. He walked out of court before the judge. End of story
