Thanks to the wave of drug epidemics, economic disparity, and racism, we have had 3 solid generations of single mothers or soon-to-be single mothers emboldened by society’s deference to continue the trend. If she’s socially entitled and successful, the excuse for single motherhood is to have her own parental autonomy. If she’s desperate and destitute, it’s to suck from the government’s teat while reaping child support and/or alimony.

There are also scumbag fathers who are criminally abusive, negligent, and controlling, which forces single motherhood; but even then, their existence still doesn’t account for most situations.

He didn’t go to jail for over paying & over seeing his child…

He was in contempt & he also walked out of the courtroom before the final ruling. So the judge gave him the 6months

My guess is that he told the judge he didn’t know his employer was holding money from him & didn’t know he was getting more custody time because he supposedly didn’t know all those were change. Seems like this guy doesn’t know what’s going on which the judge did not believe him. Judge probably thought he tried to pay off the $3000 before the trial & thought was in the clear. The thing is the ex-wife already hired lawyers so get this rectified, so the judge ended up asking him to pay for the lawyer fees. Dad goes into rage & got contempt. Dad continues to go off & then walks off the courtroom & got the 6months.

Nothing was ever said to this effect. If it happened like that it surely would have been in that article. Besides there doesn’t have to be a reason for judges to pop off on some dumb shit.

You really shouldn’t theorize on why the rulings are handed down the way they are when you constantly prove to be amongst the most clueless.
