How about this is just a further example of retarded legislation. Women sometimes are completely stupid, but some times they’re not. Just because of this judges ruling it does not mean every woman is a sexist ruled by emotions.
Not like Kyriarchy is really some brand new concept just because a woman came up with a catchy word for it. Anarchism the political philosophy has always been against kyriarchy, due to the very real knowledge of the fact that there are multiple systems of oppression in place, and one can be oppressed in one arena, but also have advantages over another. Are you really going to say a British white woman from an old money family is oppressed in the same way as a preto woman in Brazil just because they’re both women? Please.
And yeah, feminists do have quite a bit to work on, which is why they should realize they don’t hold the only or final say in the discussion on gender politics and its various arenas. Unfortunately, the reality with feminist seems to be the exact opposite, and any dissent from the feminist line(even within their own ranks) is met with a slur of insults(wife beater, rapist, misogynist, child molester, yada yada), shaming tactics, and pathos appeals meant to discourage anything but shallow thinking and unquestioning agreement.
the problem is feminists are not very bright people to begin with. They don’t have the faintest clue on how to actually argue and win the war of ideas. The way feminists have captured politics is by voting together as a block, something men aren’t doing and as a result have ended up being disposable 2nd class citizens in their own country.

Well, now we’re talking about privilege and I agree, people can be privileged in on way and not in others. A Heterosexual Black Man in the USA has Male and Heterosexual privilege but doesn’t have racial privilege for being Black. For your example, I would argue that they would still lack Male Privilege in both nations but that the British Woman benefits from White and Class Privilege that the Preto Woman lacks. They’re struggles aren’t the same, but they do both lack male privilege and as a result presumably suffer from it.
I can’t speak for all feminists but if we did have the final say, then we probably wouldn’t be having this discussion :). He was in contempt & he also walked out of the courtroom before the final ruling. So the judge gave him the 6months
My guess is that he told the judge he didn’t know his employer was holding money from him & didn’t know he was getting more custody time because he supposedly didn’t know all those were change. Seems like this guy doesn’t know what’s going on which the judge did not believe him. Judge probably thought he tried to pay off the $3000 before the trial & thought was in the clear. The thing is the ex-wife already hired lawyers so get this rectified, so the judge ended up asking him to pay for the lawyer fees. Dad goes into rage & got contempt. Dad continues to go off & then walks off the courtroom & got the 6months.
I’d go as far as saying there’s much worse in this thread itself. But oh well, haters gonna hate.
This is unreal. The women at my job are all shocked when I say I wont get married. Stories like this are the reason why. Its just not beneficial for men to get married. You could be that lucky dude with the perfect wife, that has realistic expectations about family and you live happily but most likely you just end up getting fucked by the system.

Unfortunately, due to how common this line of thinking is, our court system will continue to suffer. Nobody wants to look at the depressing reality of the misandric custody system, nor the way that men (not just black men) get treated in comparison to women, because it’s a taboo. Yes, we’re so far gone as a society that we consider fixing holes in the system a fucking taboo. Why? Because despite waving the supposed flag of equality-for-all above our heads, we’re all too eager to shit on somebody we think has it better off.
