Yeah basically the woman gets custody because the courts are biased and then on top of that she can throw him in jail if he doesn’t pay c/s or her own lawyer fees. She is really stupid. If he goes to jail he won’t be able to pay c/s. I’m guessing she must really hate him and just wants to get revenge over c/a payments.

Actually, that is true. Racism is Power + Prejudice as well. Blacks can be prejudiced against Whites, completely possible and I’ve seen it multiple times. However, since Whites have more power and privilege than Blacks it isn’t racism, mostly because racism implies institutionalized oppression and operating from a lack of privilege, something Whites don’t face racially in American Society.
I’m not saying prejudice is okay, I’m saying the prejudice from a group that has less power isn’t racism/sexism/etc because said group doesn’t have society and it’s institutions backing up their prejudice nor do they have the power to enforce it.

I can’t agree. We’re talking on two different scales, so we’re not going to be able to agree. You’re looking at the broader scope, while we have to also look at individual instances where the person in power had the opportunity to make an unbiased decision and neglected to do so based on race or gender.
We’re also arguing this on the sociological standpoint, when legally, any act used to discriminate against the opposite sex is defined as sexism. So there is that.
