Tks man!
I finally finished my PS3 Stick mod. Now it is a 6 Button full Sanwa Stick.
I basically cut all of the old mounting system away with a dremel and mounted the JLF with the stock plate instead.
Stick was way to long but I just cut a hole in the bottom case and will now fix the height with 5 rubber feeds, one to cover the hole. As said earlier I do not really care about frankenstein a 15 ? Case .
For my first mod i am really happy, wasn`t that a charm of work to do. The stick could need some improvement especially artwise because I had no plexi.
If someone is interested, I will post some pics which I made throughout the whole modding process. Hope they are halfway viewable cuz my camera sucks.
Greetz
Dude post their photos, I study them for my mod, please.
Sry for the delay, but I didn`t shoot the pics with my own cam. Will probably get them tomorrow.
But I got another question. How long does your battery last in this stick ?
It seems like it only lasts about 3 hours and then the stick starts to disconnect.
They should last a good while (depending on how long u play it)
I always remove the batteries after each use. And batteries are consumables so the better quality batteries you use the longer it’ll last. + for rechargeables.
Okay, finally got my pics.
Modded this with a Sanwa JLF, 6x OBSF 30 and 2x OBSF 24.
Joystick was mounted with the mounting plate directly under the plastic top with round-flat head screws put in from the top. (Unfortunatelly I got no pic from the finished sticks top.) At first I thought the screws could irritate me, but actually I do not sense them at all and only a small part of my hand comes in contact with them while playing. Stick was attached to the PCB via the JLF connection cable. One ground, rest directions. I simply cut the original plug from the cables and soldered the JLF
s ones to it.
As I wrote before, I had to cut a hole in the bottom of the case to make the stick fit in. Even then, you have to dremel these two pins from the gate a little bit down which stick out. Else you have a little bump in the case.
Old buttons were desoldered and the holes were made wider via dremel, so that the new buttons fit in.

OMG (i kno this is gonna sound so freakin noobish) I FINALLY DID MY FIRST MOD LOL all i did was change the square gate to the Octogonal gate lol
I am so upset right now.
Now that the stick is modded, it keeps disconnecting for a bout 1 sec from time to time.
When I put it up in the air, it reconnects. And that with nothing between the dongle and the stick.
Think I am going to rip the pcb out of it and put a dual strike in it. Or ill sell it and get a TE. So ridiculus. At first I buyed this because it was cheap. Then swapped the parts cuz they sucked. And when I change the PCB, I am just 10 ? below the TE price. Self-owned.
The other thing that drives me crazy are the batteries. Tried 5 different ones, but this stick just eats them like a fat kid candy.
Rockxs,
I would suggest taking a second look at the soldering job for the buttons. They don’t look well connected in that image.

Subject: Manufacturer replacement circuit (part) needed!
Importance: High
Hello!
I write to you guys because I ran out of options.
I looked for this all over my country and even on web pages such as eBay and Amazon, with no success.
I’m trying to find this part from a HORI Wireless Fighting Stick 3 (product number: UHP3-63 / 879124002294) as it appears in your page.
Is there any way you guys can sell me a replacement for the circuit part (rusty piece) or the whole thing (battery-case) brand-new?? I have the money ready, and Pay-Pal account or Credit Card. Oh, the little piece part number is e156176.
Please please please help me out however you can! If you can’t sell me one could you please point me into the right direction, like a re-seller or something that has it?
Thank you very much for your attention in this matter.
Jun
Awesome isn’t it? Fucking assholes.
Sheesh, sorry to hear they weren’t willing to help you out. FWIW, these sticks are cheap enough nowadays you can always get another one if you really want. I was just at Best Buy a few hours ago & they had the ps3 version on sale for $48 (regular price’s $60 I think).
Has anyone dual mod the 360 T6 with a Mad Catz Wii TvC pcb?
I’m running into an issue with the Wii side. For some reason the down and right are always active. If I disconnect the T6 down or right wires the stick works. I went through the wiring and can’t figure out why this would happen, unless it has something to do with the T6 pcb.
The 360 side works perfectly with no issues.
I figured out a work around by installing a switch but I would rather have it work without the switch.
Are there any known “issues” with the T6 pcb when dual modding with it?
