Sweeeeeet. Thanks Kaku. I was just trying to remove mine and scan it but you just saved me some time =)
One more question… Will the panel rust/ oxidize with the sticker removed? The metal feels like it has some kind of finish to it, but I’m not sure.
I made my design, but how do I apply it to the arcade stick??
I don’t have a printing material for this either…
just update my collection and it includes the tekken 6 wireless stick… i have to say when i first got the stick i thought it was pretty shitty. after playing for a while i found the stick actually holds it own. there is no lag due to its wireless deal what so ever. the switches in the stick are omron which is the same company that makes the switches for the JLFs. its the same input response as my other sticks. I did have to mod it though due to my preferences and addiction so I got white sanwa buttons and white sanwa ball top. the stick has cherry switches waiting to get soldered on. I wanted to change the artwork but the matte surface is fuckin sexy. enough chit chat. Enjoy

new tekken stick!!
damnit double post
What stick Seimitsu/Sanwa sticks fit into the T6 the easiest?
I know when a JLF is put into a T6 that it is slighter taller than it should be. Is it possible to just use the shaft from the stock stick instead? Also, if you use an LS-33, will that be mounted at the correct stick height?
Can probably get one of these for pretty cheap, but only want it if I can do a decent mod.
Yes, I believe it is possible to use the shaft from the Hori.
So it would be at the correct height? Cool, thanks, d3v.
What kind of printing materials to use and how to print / stick it
Hello guys, i’m new to the forums.
saw some really great mods.
I’m late to the scene, i recently got a ps3, mainly for tekken 6.
anyway, i’ve ordered the Hori Wireless Fighting Stick 3 (see play-asia link Buy HORI Wireless Fighting Stick 3 (PS3?) - Play-Asia.com ) and i’ve read the the Tekken 6 ps3 bundle and the wireless Fight stick 3 are the very same stick without the tekken art.
I am interested in getting a similar tekken 6 art on my stick. I got the Photoshop template file for the stick-on stickers. that someone posted (thanks for it).
How do i get it printed? i just have an inkjet printer and i know i need some kinda coating to protect the printing, plus is there some kind of special stick on material for such stickers? or you just glue it?
How to cut out the holes, with a manual paper cutter?
@ 2,3 posts above, that street fighting art looks really great on that stick. i noticed you used some kind of plastic/glass panel to protect the printed sticker, how did you get all that done? i’m a n00b to all this, and just want a pretty sticker tekken sticker on my to-be tekken stick
help me iwth it, plz all you gurus .
thanks!
Stick mod
Wasup people, I’m new here but I been I’m a long time fighting game fan but since arcades r dead nowadays I’ve been playing with pads most of the time. Long story short I prefer arcades sticks but I like the bat design instead of the ball. But I’m looking for mod experts plus I wouldn’t mind a custom template either. If any1 point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Just pm me or shoot me an email at jsamy25@gmail.com any links would be good
I’m interested in similar mod if u have any pics please post
Do the different models of JLF really matter for modding the T6?
They all the same.
When it comes down to it, you’ll just have a JLF-TP-8.
Because you will not use the Mounting Plate.
The LS33 will fit at the correct hit but will require you to remove the old hori joystick and base completely. After that you will need to epoxy the ls33 base to where the old hori base was. Even with that you still have to remove some material from the bottom of the case to get proper clearance.
I think I’m going to use the JLF method and swap the JLF shaft for the Hori shaft. I prefer the feel of JLFs anyways. This should mount at the correct height. And it shouldn’t be much more work and I won’t have to buy epoxy glue.
Any one bother replying?
Hey any of you mod gods bother replying :s
i asked a few posts above,
where can i get the sticker printed(that i design in photoshop) for my Hori Wireless Stick 3.
is the sticker ‘sticky’ on the back by default? or i need to stick it with some glue?
i already found photoshop template for that stick, so i can use it.
and how do i cut the holes in the sticker?
Please respond. thank you.

Just finished up my stick. This was my first mod. Didn’t do a great job with the paint but I’m too lazy to redo it.
Sanwa OBSF buttons all around. Seimitsu LS-33 stick with a LS-55 spring. One layer of electrical tape around the stalk that activates the microswitches - originally tried 3 but the stick would get stuck in a couple directions. Also tried using both the LS-33 and 55 springs, but that seemed like too much. I would like something a bit stiffer than just the LS-55 so I may try two LS-33 springs. I removed the original artwork from the metal plate and just sanded the plate to get a brushed look. It seems to me that it’s already forming some oxidation, so I may need to clear coat it at some point.
Couple of notes for those looking to go the same way:
[]I had to grind down the bottom of the LS_33 shaft to the point where the flathead insert was almost gone.
[]Also had to remove nearly 2/3 the depth from the bottom case just below the shaft

I used hot glue instead of epoxy to attach the LS-33, just in case I wanted to be able to remove it one day. Note that hot glue dries much faster than you think so you will have very little time to adjust the position
Hey,
Sorry for the large bump. I’m wanting to put some Sanwa buttons in this just checking I have everything I need on the way:
- Buttons of course 6x 30mm (Only changing 6 of the buttons)
- Tri-Wing screwdriver
- Soldering iron and desoldering wire
Also just wondering what kind of wire I need for the buttons to connect them up all help welcomed
Thanks!
