no, thats your basic hori layout for 360 sticks. if i remember right, the arcade layout is the top two buttons are punches and the bottom two are kicks

Hey everyone! I scored the Xbox 360 Tekken 6 LE Bundle for $60 via the Amazon Lightning Deal a week and a half back.
I’m loving it so far, but have encountered a recurring problem…
Sometimes the stick totally locks up when turning on or off after inactivity.
All 4 green lights stay lit, and not a single button can fix the issue. All I can do at that point is pull out a battery and re-insert to get it working again. It’s happened to me 3 times so far.
Is this a normal issue with the stick, or should I contact Amazon for a replacement?

I’ve been using my stick since that time as well, never encountered that problem. Is it still the batteries that came with the stick?
I’d suggest popping in 2 fresh ones, see if the problem re-occurs if not yeah…it’s been less then 2 weeks contact amazon for maybe a replacement.
i think im having buyers remorse after reading this thread… i wonder if could return this after christmas to get a full 150.00 credit, towars a TE stick…

I thought it might be that, but it happened with a fresh set as well. It’s quite odd, really.
It happened twice on the first day, and once last night. It seems to just happen when I leave it on for 10-20 minutes, and it tries to shut itself off to save power; only the end result is rather counter-intuitive. 
Thankfully, I have until the end of January to exchange it, so I’ll see if it gets any worse, and contact Amazon if it happens once more.
I am a complete newbie, and have never bought a stick for a fighting game before, but want to take it to the next level and buy a stick, would you recommend this, or is it overpriced? Also, is this same or different to the HRAP EX?

Man worse stick in history i can’t believe this man why would they even bother i wasted so much money i have gotten so frustrated online because of combos just stopping i literally got mad and just did an axe kick myself to this thing its usuless i must admit it actually survived but its definitely cracked haha piece of junk. I have two other sticks both TE one the street fighter 4 and one the marvel vs capcom 2 and man it makes this look like a ninth grade electronic project man not no professional industry type product.

Sorry if this is a dumb question. I’m new to stick modding. I’m going to mod my tekken 6 stick with OBSF-30 buttons, a JLF-SP spring, and MS-0-2P microswitches to better replicate the feel of my TE stick. Is there any reason to change out the Hori square restrictor gate for the Sanwa GT-8F restrictor plate if I prefer square gates? Is the Sanwa better somehow in the square setting? I’m trying to decide if a change is worth it. Thanks.
4-Way means only UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.
Tekken 6 would be impossible to play, and any Fighting Game.
You want 8-Way.
Some people switch out the Hori and put in Sanwa.
Sanwa being smaller Square or something like it.
So I say you do it.
Sanwa GT-8F is bad for 4-Way.
The Sanwa GT-8N, that is from Sanwa JLW, it is better 4-Way.
