try my video, although it’s should you how to do the combo using slide method. For straight up cr.jab xx HHS i use piano. YMMV

I also have been doing more c.mk xx HHS ever since the last tournament and for the fact I finally got my joystick fixed. To hell with playing SF4 on a joypad. I’ve been doing that for about a month and that fucked my game up lol. :nunchuck:

first start by naming the moves by they’re proper name and not what the button is!

ex: lp, mp, hp, lk, mk, hk (jab strong fierce short forward roundhouse)

If you’re getting MP HHS then you might be sliding too far left and hitting jab twice, making MP your 5th input. Be careful to slide right as soon as you touch jab, and don’t go past it.

i’m at work so i can’t watch it right now, but i’m guessing it’s like the way jibbo does gen hands?

which is to use a normal attack > piano fierce strong jab > forward > double tap HP.

i couldn’t personally get that to work for me though with gen or honda so i’m sticking with the jab fierce strong jab fierce method.

I found this on the Gen forums and i found this to help my execution with mk hands.

Ok fellas this is the solultion to any mk hands problems yous may have, if youve reached a point where youve seen all the methods but pianoing just doesnt seem to work, ill start by explaining why its not working and then ill give methods fix that problem. And ill upload a vid of me doing these exercises.

The reason some of you cant piano, is due to the fact that the muscles in everyones fingers work differently, different nerves react to different actions and its different in EVERY person. Some people can break these nerve habbits and make them work out however they want them to, others have a harder time.

These finger exercises are designed to break all nerve habbits and let your fingers move and be controled freely

You can do these anywhere, I usually do them when im bored at work or stuck at a traffic light, they are easy and fast and the more you do them the more freely your hands will move.

It works like this
Number your fingers from left to right
So start with your thumb bein 1 and end with your pinky as 5

**Begginers exercises **(designed to work ALL 5 fingers)

start slow and speed up with each repetition
3,4,5,3,2,3,4,2,1,2,3,1,5,4,5,4,repeat 4x

5,3,4,5,4,2,3,4,3,1,2,3,2,1,2,1,repeat 4x

3,4,2,1,3,1,2,3,4,5,4,5,4,5,4,3,2,repeat 4x

**Mk~Hands Specific hand work **(Fingers 1,2,3,4 and 1,2,4 extension)

1,2,4,5,4,3,4,2, repeat until it comes natural to move in this sequence 5,4,3,4,2 rapidly

And this one should will you get rid of that ex tendancy towards the end by separating the movements of fingers 3 and 4

1,2,4,3,4,3,5,4, repeat until motions seem natural

This one will help with the movement of your thumb to mk

1,2,1,3,2,4,3,5, repeat till it feels Natural

There ya go fellas vids comin soon be patient and KEEP practicing!

Started doing this and my execution has gotten pretty good now.

I have a quick question. I pretty much have the hand motion down but the cr. jab to hands never combos(I always get 7 hits). Do i just need to keep working towards getting faster or do i have to hold the stick in a certain direction?

You almost have it… i was stuck in that state for a while my self, just keep working on getting it a little bit faster, keep practicing in training mode with auto block on. Also, when you are not playing, keep practicing the finger movement on any hard surface you can find… I always practice my finger movement when I’m watching TV.

slide method eliminates practice (well maybe for me) i used to drum my fingers everywhere i go but once u stop drumming it you’ll lose it as oppose to slide method its so easy even a caveman can do it.
