I don’t know if anyone has said anything like this, but I run Frank with the shopping cart assist as part of my team with Nemesis. I found out that with the shopping cart assist you can set up grabs (command grabs even) very easily at the end of the shopping cart since the block stun is so low. Essentially I use the block stun from the cart to set up the start up lag of Nemesis’s HCB+L command throw or his HCB+AA for his lvl 3 hyper. Seems pretty good, but more testing is needed.

FRANK WEST, I watched you play and loved it, so I kind of bit off a few of your tactics and incorporated them into my game.
My favorite was how you put Frank on point and used LLMMHS in two strung-together air combos (made possible through the use of aerial heavy tools) to get in more hits for the camera, then used a THC to finish it off. So I put Frank on point and did just that, and was conveniently able to get almost exactly 50 hits with a THC between Frank’s cart and Chris’ sweep combo. It even gives me enough time to drink a beer and get that 100 PP for level 5. That particular THC combination only works in the corner, though, but it’s great because the setup for it pretty much takes you coast to coast!
The damage is insane, too, and it only gets better with 3 bars so Arthur can join the fun. Just have to be careful not to use that tactic when their health is too low, otherwise I just wasted up to three hyper bars and got no PP out of it.
So I have been doing some thinking and some playing around and I think the team I like the most right now has to be the following:
Spencer (Lancer), Frank (Shopping Cart), and Doom (Beam)
Everything I can think of works extremely well together and now just has me putting in the foot work to get the combos worked out and such. If I am thinking of things correctly, Doom’s laser should allow Frank to throw around Hammer Throw H Zombies as an approach option as well as helping out his camera OTG to obtain more hits with a relaunch. Spencer’s two supers can actually allow a DHC to Frank in order for him to get some pictures taken. His Bionic Maneuvers from what I have seen can lead to a whiffed Survival Techniques to a snapshot and with good timing his Bionic Lancer can even be swapped out to a possible jump loop or launcher (need more time to be completely sure). Just trying to figure out any possible weaknesses with the team.
Also considering using the Slanted Wire Grapple from Spencer as his assist instead. It should allow some interesting “resets” with Frank’s H Tools of Survival.

I actually had some GREAT matches last night on the Option Select stream, which should be archived. I dont want to sound like im boasting but i really think i have a good Frank West. I’ll try to post some vids of some of my matches. Also thanks Gangie! I try, i put alot of time into Frank. I’ve been placing pretty decent at tournaments down here in FL, and i plan on making a BIG appearance at FR.
I am so hyped for FR it’s not even funny, so many top players are gonna be there. I look forward to watch you wreck people up FW, it’s about time we get some rep that isn’t only done by Noel Brown 
if you find your OS matches, link them to use, I’m extremely interested in watching how other Frank Wests play. I’d show some of my matches but they were at an online tournament and I was so nervous that I played really badly, those videos really don’t do me justice :x
Haha, I saw a couple of those matches last night and was so happy. The way you play easily makes you my favorite Frank player, and I love watching it. I don’t ever see anyone else dare to use him before Level 4, and I think that their lack of understanding for early-level Frank may spell out their loss more than a few times.
so i’m running a team of nova/frank/sent and my synergy between nova and frank is obviously very good, however i don’t seem to have too much to go on between frank and sent.
does anyone know of a double picture combo utilizing the drones assist? i’m doubting any dhc combos will work between the 2 for leveling frank up.
i love Lv1 Frank, he honestly isn’t too bad.

I’m trying a team of Iron Fist(Rising)/Frank West(Cart)/Dante(Jam)
i got a feeling this team is going to be great. gives Iron fist the assists he needs. i can get frank to level 4 with using both assists in a combo and and i’m pretty sure i can get level 3 with just 1 assist of either. using Iron Fist crumple i can swap to Frank and get that level 4 combo. or if Iron Fist dies i can do a combo into THC with Frank and Dante to get him to level 4.
this my friends is going to rock 
After watching FRANK WEST, I think that weasel shot might be better for Frank. It makes his pressure game absolutely insane. Also, mad props to you, FRANK. Really impressive matches on that OS stream.

well I’m sure its great but i need the anti air for Iron Fist. he is my main and if i don’t have that anti air people will super jump all day.
