I ordered a Sanwa octo-gate from them on March 27th and got it yesterday (April 7th). That’s about a 10 day turn-around to get to California. Amazingly fast considering I ordered an octo-gate from Lizardlick on Feb 26th and still haven’t received it.

I’ve not received any confirmation from Gremlin, but still got my product.
I can’t really give you a fair comparison as I’ve only used the LS-32 and have no experience of the Sanwa sticks… the only thing I can comment is that the ls-32 feels tight/sensitive, doesn’t need alot of movement to pull off moves and if you’re not the type for agressive/exaggerated throttling then it will make a good stick. As I’ve already said, this is purely upon my usage of the ls-32 and not comparable to any other sticks…

ordered a bunch of buttons on eBay almost 4 days ago and since shipping to US isn’t listed, i asked for the total. nothing.
sent 2 emails to no response, just tried calling and nothing. wtf?
^ it’s easter holidays. I would wait till tuesday/wednesday before expecting a response or your calls answered.
Forgot to post back here when I recieved my order…
Ordered on the 8th April and was dispatched on the 9th. Prob would’ve got it the next day but it was Easter so no post on Good Friday upto and including the Bank Holiday Monday. So in the end I got my goodies on the tuesday.
Still very quick and very good customer service in my opinion!

Past friday i ordered some sanwa buttons, that they had in stock. After paying i got an e-mail, just confirming the paymewnt through paypal.
Did anybody get any information on, when it was shipped, or if the order is pending?
With the payment already done im just waiting for at least a dispatch date… and i cant see any information anywere, besides the e-mail that only tells the date the order was made.

Im getting a little annoyed atm, because my cousin ordered, Seimitsu buttons, balls, joysticks and shaft covers from Arcadeshop.de and he already got them shipped, and i ordered on the same day 8 sanwa buttons from gremlin, an item that their supposed to have in stock.
I didnt get an e-mail, saying it was shipped, i didnt get any response from my mail, asking about it, nothing… this is pretty stupid, are they that busy? they cant respond to an e-mail in a 2 day window?
If it wasnt for my lack of knowledge on how refunding works, i would cancel my order immediatly.
Placed my order on the 8th of April, haven’t gotten a confirmation email from them other then the paypal one. Have sent several emails inquiring about a estimated ship date, if they have them in stock, etc. Have received no response to any of these emails. If I can’t contact them by calling them (0400-1130 my time (EST)) Then I will be disputeing the order through paypal to get my money back and cancel my order.

how do i place an order for US shipping? it seems like the shipping fee is default for UK delivery when i go to paypal to check out…
Gremlin emailed me a confirmation yesterday for the one order I placed on April 17th. It basically said they’d send me an invoice today that shows how much extra it would cost to ship (US) using a service with tracking capabilities – haven’t heard back yet.
Montrox and Eckz 3, sorry to hear that you guys are having problems with Gremlin… hope you guys get it sorted out real soon.
Mikec25 and CausalStevo actually brings up a good point, I probably took this for granted being based in the UK and didn’t notice that the only option on PayPal only calculated UK based shipping…
I might be calling Gremlin in the next few days about some more parts… if I do, I’ll ask them how they are doing with the backlog of orders and how they are dealing with international orders too.

Stop being such an impatient fuck, just because you ordered at the same time as someone else doesn’t mean anything, there are so many variables as to why your order has been slower.
As for emailing, it clearly says on the site (or it did) that they are getting an overwhelming amount of mail. The store isn’t a large business with hundreds of employees give them a chance already.
It took them just under 2 weeks to get me my JLF and Sanwa buttons to me, the sticks were out of stock back then so I was extremely impressed by how fast I got the parts. I spoke to them on the phone too and they were really friendly and helpful.
