Just wanted to give a heads up about this company. They had an ebay auction for 10 JLFs a couple of weeks ago, which I just received one today. They were rather swamped so it took about 3 days to respond to my email inquiring about shipping, however it only took about 4 days to receive the stick once it was shipped through Airmail.
A number of people ordered JLFs from them through their ebay auction, so I just wanted to give an update in case they continue to do more auctions ( and to keep the LL and Akiba shop threads as clean as possible).
The price is a little more expensive because of the exchange rate, but people looking for options may want to keep checking ebay or just try their direct site.
Hmm, I’m a little miffed about that, I ordered a JLF and 10 buttons on 3rd March and am still waiting for delivery. I appreciate that they’re swamped with orders but I’m a little disappointed if you received yours already when ordering after I did and it being shipped to another country!! Perhaps they’re honoring the eBay sales first so as not to get negative feedback?
I got my stuff from Arcadeshop.de. It was more expensive but came within five days (including the weekend).
As I’ve said on that UK thread I made, everything else was perfectly fine with Gremlin but I just got majorly pissed off that they were selling JLFs to randoms (no offence OP!) via eBay when they already had my money for one. To hear they’ve actually successfully shipped some to the US before people here have theirs makes it worse.
Same here, ordered at the beginning of march and haven’t recieved my stuff. Have spoken to him and he was very helpful. They should hopefully of sent out all the march orders before the end of the week. fingers crossed In all fairness if they are so busy they should employ some more people to help… They’re obviously making alot more money from all the orders anyway.
… and that’s fine but they shouldn’t be putting things on eBay and selling them before their paying customers have received their orders. I’ll be very reluctant to order from them in the future which is a real shame as they’re the only UK supplier of this stuff
Gremlin were faffing about with me. They said they were due to send out their orders two weeks ago. I called up because I needed to make some major revisions to my order before they sent it out. The guy who was supposed to be dealing with my orders didn’t get back to me for over 3 days so I just cancelled. In fairness they sound like a small operation and seem to be nice guys but this ebay thing is a bit cheeky. Frankly, I’m not in that desperate a rush to get my stuff so I may just order from them again and wait.
I ordered from their website last week and am still waiting shipping confirmation. Don’t be too pessimistic yet. People that ordered from LL before March still haven’t gotten their shit, so it’s not too suprising gremlin’s is dragging too. They mention the delay on their website and how they should be caught up by the end of the week. If my order isn’t shipped by Friday though, I’m gonna bitch with you guys. http://www.gremlinsolutions.co.uk/

STATUS - PROCESSING SANWA ORDERS UP TO AND INCLUDING MARCH 10TH - CHECK BACK FOR REGULAR UPDATES
We are busy working through the high volume of emails and orders for Sanwa parts. There will be a few days delay while we catch up and we would like to thank you all for your patience. We are happy to take new orders but customers need to be aware of the delay with despatch times.
We hope to be fully caught up by the end of next week (Approx. 27th March).

We would like to thank you all for your patience during this very busy period
We appreciate your custom."
Does anyone know the average wait time for people in the US between shipping confirmation and arrival for anyone that has ordered off their site and not ebay?
they have so much orders… but they are shipping all!
for me, is the best european shop for arcade parts
be patient!
i have to wait 20 days in my last order
Strange. I bought a JLF off their eBay page and I got a shipping confirmation (plus a reply on my balltop color) within 24 hours. I ordered on the 20th, so I’m expecting my parts by the first week of April.
