FeartheGobbler, your best bet is to become a master of blocking and teching throws. I use the wall jump often to skip out of trouble but it can be baited and anti-air’d. Otherwise you COULD use EX FBA, but this is a tough thing to do in the vega matchup. c. lp can get you out of some tick pressure, and you could cancel this into EX FBA to really get something done, but otherwise, you can predict a jump in, and use your ultra to get under them and out, or an EX SHC off the wall behind you if there’s a gap in their pressure string. ST will work in certain situations but a baited ST means a corner combo, so you have to make sure you’re timing it at a proper moment.
As for ultra set ups? There are none really, but the dash ultra i used on you forced you to wall jump and get punished by my ultra. It’s mainly just a tricky set up… there is nothing reliable. You can also focus a jump in, dash out and use the invincibility to evade the ground move, and punish with an ultra if it’s something slow-ish. Otherwise it’s pretty much random stuff. But having the benefit of the dash ultra merely adds more to the ‘random pot’.

The didn’t show any of his matches on the stream unfortunately. Well, except the casuals he had with some Zangief player who he beat. I recorded it, but haven’t been able to retrieve it yet.
