Lol a perfectly zoned T. Hawk is a beautiful thing to see. You could tell that by the end of it A-Kof simply didn’t know what to do. Brilliant.

I always thought the strat to fight abel was to zone him out…
Nope. You gotta rush him down. Abel can get around fireballs and sup par normals with ease.
1:23 - Sorry, cr. mp doesn’t reach THAT far, buddy.
I dont know what I’m doin wrong in that match…Once I stopped jumping I did decent against an abel today…but that shit still seems random as fuck.

Random slides get me in trouble with Yun too…but It kinda feels like it’s needed.
The next time you do a set against a good Abel, save it and then we can go over the matches
Sad part is that I dont they dont have to be all that great for me to lose against.
In that particular match the guy just kept anti airing me…so I stopped jumping and made him guess a little more…then when I got a knockdown I was all over that ass. Stuff Like Dash up command grab…Being under pressure from abel is guessing game hell. Started getting into a habit of Doing Upicks during his pressure just to try and get a little respect/ escape. I’m just not entirely sure how to maintain control in that match…Everthing seems to be a gamble.
I’mma def save a replay and work on this match up. I’ve been getting a bit pissed with this game lately and I may just be making dumb decisions as a result.
Pikotan fell apart against ryu

I’m trying to play Dee Jay again and here is my scrubby DJ vs a Gouken.

what a impatient gouken player xD
Yeah, not a very good Gouken. Would like to see you against someone of a slightly higher calibre. Your combos seem good and your offensive strategies seem solid, although you can’t really tell against that guy, and you were never forced to defend, so I can’t really say how that looks either.
Yeah, either he wasn’t that good or he wasn’t familiar with the match up. I think he had a bunch of PP points (3500+), but those didn’t show in this match.
I think my main problem with Dee Jay is that I don’t know the match ups. Also wake-up defense is though.
lol Yeah I look exactly like that when I fight matches I have no clue about…Like when I went to one of those stream lobbies…Some random guy started giving me advice cause I getting my ass handed to me. Pretty awesome for someone to go out of their way to do that.
