You can’t make threats if you are bad at the games you are trying to threaten people in Branh. And lets run A2 casuals next time we are somewhere. I haven’t gotten to play any real people in the game since the Final Round A2 tourney, which I actually did pretty well in.

Joel, seriously I play Guilty Gear Accent Core. As a matter of fact, I’m a long time fan of the GG series. All the way back to GGX on the Dreamcast. It has always been one of my favorite games. And I like it more than Street Fighter. That’s saying a lot coming from me.
I use to practice the fuck out of that game too. And when I was living downtown, me and some of the Underground guys would come to my apartment and have some sessions. Since Underground consisted of mostly scrubs, there was a huge drop off rate. But me and this other guy kept playing the game. Unfortunately he wasn’t good at all, since all he tried to do was combos the entire match. I could literally beat him with FD breaks, back dashes, and IAD into a bnb. He didn’t bother to learn the universal mechanics, so he was always free.
I would like to play you in GGXXAC. We can do FT5 for $5. Since I really haven’t played against anyone decent in the game (EP peeps are really critical of the game, at least the ones who went to Underground). But I always welcome the chance to play some GG.
Edit: I’m sure everyone has a game out there that they love, that’s not very popular amongst the masses. For Kajoq it’s Cyberbots, for Joel it’s TVC, for RisunoMeijin it’s Marvel (yeah I went there, Marvel’s dead homie). Even for me it’s definitely Fatal Fury games. I haven’t met anyone in this scene or any other who isn’t passionate about a less than popular game. But it is what it is at the end of the day. SFIV is that game to beat, and people’s competitiveness makes them want to succeed. It really doesn’t mean shit if you’re the best in a game only like 15 people in the country play. It’s much more significant to be best at SFIV than to be best at World Heroes Perfect
