Shin, i dont know you, but my condolences. I lost my uncle recently as well (he was robbed and murdered in front of his apartment) and it definitely hurts.

Dragoncon usually doesn’t do much for the way of console games, but i will have my set up in my hotel room for dcon if anyone wants to come up and play some games.

AWA is going to have SF4 this year. I am one of the directors of the gaming room (actually im taking a small vacation this year, but im still a director on the forums), so ive been keeping in touch with the current guys, and SF4 will definitely be there.

Marvel is an okay casual game. I just think competitive Marvel is kind of repetitive and boring. I never really put any effort into the game only playing at the arcade. the ability to block and runaway goes far in this game. I guess if you can block magneto’s shit, you can block anything in any game. Low tier marvel is fun though. But overall, it’s really frustrating and annoying trying to get good at Marvel since it feels like a lot of stuff is out of your control. I always though Guilty Gear was a nice mix up strategic, fast and combocentric gamerplay. But a lot of people don’t get into this game. Not sure why.

ok me and eddie just got some games in marvel for like about two hours or so.i now understand why this is my weakest game and its one of the hardest for ppl to get good at. this game is so fucking random and its not like sf random. i mean one random thing breaks you in this game. i keep wondering to myself why cant i move on and get better. i also think to myself,“im gonna build a strat around that what so&so is doing.” thats not the case because every time i go to do some thing like that i get hit by some random ass shit and it cost me the match. i even started doing random shit against eddie and i almost won like 3 times in a row. i almost beat his mag with dan,serbot and roll!!! i almost beat him with some random low tier team. this game rewards players so mashing on assist up close and waiting to counter call. no wonder sf players hate that shit cause in sf it has some random element but not to that extreme.while tvc is new and as broken as marvel. it is no were near as random as marvel. trust me i played both. marvel is the most random game ever

Hey guys just here to introduce myself. I have actually been reading these forums for quite sometime now and like almost never post cuz I am dumb XD.

Anyhow the name is Rizzo I am mainly playing SF4 now but also play 3s, SC4 and Kof XI.
My work sucks so I am not off during the weekends that much so if anyone is off during the weekdays lemme know =P
