I didnt receive the email. I can see the confusion because I was under the impression of the “replacement” along with additional payment to cover the increased cost of the new pcb.

I see you in the returns list. To make this easier on all parties, we will issue a store credit for the return plus shipping. You can then purchase the new unit along with any accessories you choose.
This will represent the last replacement we will process directly. We haven’t received any replacement PS360s for older defective orders, and basically lose money replacing them. We will have some replacement units for new defect returns. Any others will have to contact Akishop directly.
Just commenting about the Uilla Flash-S LED buttons. Make sure you actually check them out before you install them into your stick. When I got mine I found that 4 out of 8 were incorrectly wired up (green wires going to blue contacts, etc), and I didn’t realize this until AFTER my stick was all installed and put together.

This is the first that I’ve heard of them being incorrectly wired. We receive them from Paradise Arcade. I’ll ask fulfillment to check the existing RGB Uilas to see if this was a bad batch of LEDs.

Yeah, when I was sent my order the wire connectors were missing (that’s been resolved) and the LEDs were improperly wired, lemme tell you that made for quite the confusing installation, haha.

Jman, I placed an order tonight for 3 JLF octagonal gates and 12 seimitsu pushbuttons and when I went to pay for it using my mastercard I had an issue saying it couldn’t verify the transaction. I used PayPal and the instant transfer from my checking account and that went through no problem. My mastercard is technically a debit card that comes out of my checking account. Any idea why the card wouldn’t work but PayPal would? Has anyone else had this problem when ordering before?
I’m having that exact same problem. My debit mastercard wouldn’t work. I don’t have a PayPal account so I haven’t tried that.
Made an order earlier this week at 11 p.m. It shipped by 9 a.m. the next morning. It was a pretty basic order to fill, but still, it was prompt. I think I may have found my new parts supplier. I recommended Focus Attack to my local SF community, so here’s to hoping it brings you a lot of good new customers.

I know I could get them from Art’s but I would like to place one single order for all the components that I need.
I got screwed over by the USPS with my last order. I waited for the package on the day it was supposed to be delivered and it didn’t show up. I tracked the package and it showed as delivered but I experienced with other services where the driver scans it for some reason and forgets to drop it off, which results in getting the package the following day… so I thought it was another one of those situations. However I contacted the USPS and they had no idea where my package was claiming they delivered it. It’s quite frustrating losing over a hundred dollars because of this. If it was delivered to the wrong person, I hope it’ll show up…
I know It’s not FA’s fault and there’s nothing they can do for my order, but maybe it’ll be nice to add an option for signature confirmation deliveries. Sorry for the rant.
Hi Bartstation. The store credit appears when you are about to checkout. If there is a difference in the total cost of your purchase, then that will appear as a remainder after store credit is factored in.
We now have a manufacturer for joystick plexis. We’re starting with QanBa 8 button for restock and introduce 6 button plexis, and will move to MadCatz regular, extended and full plexis after the next quarter (8 button for now). I’ve received many requests for dustwashers so you’re not alone.
To better manage the cost of offering new products, we’re budgeting items by quarter. As of now, clear dustwashers wasn’t on our main list, but I can ask the manufacturer about creating them for us. I don’t yet have an ETA.
I wasn’t aware of any issues with mastercard debit cards. We posted a FAQ answer as to why - on some occasions - a purchase request may not process:
Paypal interfaces with our storefront to process payments via its service. Certain factors may cause the transaction to fail:

These factors may require checking your current paypal balance for sufficient funds, confirming an alternate payment method that is linked to Paypal, or simply trying a second time. We also use Paypal to process credit cards. If you also experience this issue, please either try again, or choose an alternate credit card.

We’re sorry that this has happened. I believe that we talked by phone and email about this issue. Signature confirmation isn’t directly offered under the store’s system, but I researched the system’s shipping method tool, and found that we can add an additional shipping method that would include the option for signature confirmation. The same would apply for insurance. The method isn’t perfect, as it adds several new choices for each combination as opposed to check-boxes, but it does work.
I’m confirming with Fulfillment that our shipping app covers signature confirmation offline. Once confirmed, we will add shipping confirmation and insurance options to the store.
There are costs associated with both features, since USPS charges for both. We’ll have those items detailed when things are set up.

It’s great that you guys will be adding signature confirmation and insurance options. For smaller orders I don’t think I would mind, but for orders that are $100+, it’s definitely a nice option to have.
Any updates as to when the ps-14 g’s will be available for purchase and also what colors they will feature
We’re having to delay this product addition by a month, I’m afraid, as we get our budget together for a restock of PS360+ PCBs. We still plan to have them available in the colors we mentioned in previous forum posts. We’ll keep you updated as we get closer to a release date.

I was just gonna ask about PS-14g’s! either way I still have a question regarding LS-58-01’s; do you plan on carrying the non-clear/smoke kits versions of those? If not, any plans on having solid color shafts+dustwashers for LS-56/58’s or seimitsu solid color ball top’s?

Seimitsu is particular about the joysticks and their kits. Every color and style of LS-58 joystick requires that you buy a joystick in that color or style. Seimitsu won’t allow retailers to purchase the shaft and balltop by themselves. Technically you can get the balltop, but not the shaft or dustwasher. Seimitsu makes it nearly impossible to remove the shaft in the LS-58. If they did, we would have purchased the LS-58 joystick and every color and style of balltop and shaft.
Unfortunately, their requirement makes it incredibly difficult to offer every joystick color and style of the LS-58-01 because of cost.
You going to send out a blast when the PS360+'s are on the shelf? I didn’t get to pre-order… so I’m going to have to time it just right!
