LOL, no, The megacrash doesnt work like the GG or the BB burst at all, learn the games before posting shit like that
3rd Strike
The Priority Engine
(I’m alright with Parrying)
Marvel 3, for being a terrible game, yet somehow being the most popular.
Tekken Tag 2. No online co-op.
This and I also dislike Tekken Tag 2 for not having a flight simulator.
Let’s just hope it flushes away the memory of Tekken 4 TvC… that sounds kinda rad in fact, never got round to playing that one.
I’d just like to make a formal apology for talking as though I knew what I was talking about when I didn’t.
Sorry about that.
Now please stop putting me on blast, it hurts my ego. :<

How could you neglect this masterpiece?
Let’s see. First off, I’m not going to list the pure, unadulterated crap like Shaq-Fu or Star Wars: Masters of Teras Kasi. Everyone knows that sort of thing is awful, or at least they should. Instead, I’ll stick with established properties - so many different series have had disappointments for me over the years, but I’ll list some of the biggest letdowns for me personally, as every single one of these games were something I was looking forward to at one time or another, but after release time I found that sometimes having is not so pleasing a thing, after all, as wanting. It is not logical, but it often true…
Mortal Kombat 4. UGH. I HATE that game. Refuse to play it. Was pretty much a ‘jump the shark’ MK moment for me, at least until MK9. I know I’m not alone on this one.
Samurai Shodown 3. It’s not a horrible game, but SS1 and 2 were so much better that it just felt like a huge letdown…couldn’t get back into the series so much after that, although 5 and 6 seem ok but I haven’t spent much time with them.
KOF 99. After the masterpiece that was 98, this felt like such a step backward. But not as much as…
KOF 12. That one was heartbreaking, and I was SO HYPED for it on release. I don’t think it’s the worst game ever or anything, but it just felt like the beta, or even alpha, of a good game. Thankfully, we have that good game now in the form of KOF 13 and basically all is right with the world of KOF except for the netcode…
Lastly? Capcom vs SNK 1. It has some alright aspects to it but overall I find I detest that game for some reason beyond messing around for a match or two. As flawed as it is I’d rather play SVC Chaos.
I’m the sort of fighting game fan who will generally play almost anything, though. Not making my list although I considered it, as I don’t really dislike it so much as am kind of indifferent to it, is the Soul Calibur series. I’ll mess around with it, and do I own 3 and 4 mostly for the purpose of having it around if a friend ever wants to play since it is a popular series, but honestly I never understood the popularity there at all.
Why are you listing a game that didn’t get released?
I have yet to muster up the courage to play Rise 2, the first game Rise of the Robots gets my vote for the worst fighting game ever released.
I used to feel the same until I play MvC1
A lot…
Mostly on the PSX and they’re games that are already mentioned.
I’m going to add in and say these games:
Super SF4 - I prefer vanilla. Not getting into much else.
Marvel 3 - I don’t like XFactor.
Ultimate 3 - Air XFac made it worse.
SFxT - Or should I say Slow Fighter X Time Out?
Tekken 4 - Umm… JinKen4… That’s all.
Tekken 5DR - For not being on the PS2.
MSH vs SF - because it was so balanced that everybody felt stupid.
Bushido Blade 2 - because it took a great idea, and went the opposite direction.
Tobal 2 - for not being stateside
Ehrgeiz - for just being wrong.
All DBZ/GT fighters for sucking.
Mortal Kombat 3 - for failing to be as good as MK2.
Vs. - For spoiling me with undertits
hm kind of hard to say, while I do harbor some disdain to certain games, I still can’t say I really dislike or hate them on principal or stuff. I’ve learned that most games I hate is usually my lack of understanding (ignorance).
There’s just 2 FG’s I hate, and the rest that I dont like is more of I dont care about their existance.
The ones I hate are:
SFIV. It feels clunky compared to 2D, like there’s always something in between you and the controls. All characters have their ugliest rendition in IV, there’s trash ass characters like Rufus and Fuerte, and last but not least, are corner crossups and flip state.
HDR. Tried to replace the ULTIMATE SF game, with this inferior version. Hated the changes, art and music. Glad real ST won in the end.
Now there’s other games I dont like, but as I said they arent worth hating. They’re kind of ‘just there’. Some examples
- Most random fighters from Genesis/SNES, PSX eras looking to cash in on Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat popularity.
- Mortal Kombat 4 through Armageddon
- Capcom VS SNK 1
- GG, BB, P4A
All this hate on TvC makes me want to start playing it again
Another fighting game I dislike: SvC Chaos
SvC Chaos: It’s just baaaaaad
It’s not even MvC2 broken, either. It’s just broken, period.
Like, what the fuck is up with Bison’s hitboxes Psycho Crusher does absolutely no damage at point-blank range
Shinku Hadoken is broke, sometimes it juggles, sometimes it doesn’t, sometimes not even all 5 hits land
Why does Terry’s Buster Wolf use redrawn sprites from Mark Of The Wolves while all of his other sprites are from KOF
seriously, look at it, the way it clashes with his other sprites, it’s just gross
SvC Chaos: where you lose super gauge for whiffing a throw, what kind of shit is that
lol fuck this game
If you don’t like both MvC2 and UMvC3 you have no soul AND I question your heterosexuality.
Scrub.
Bigot.
