Her face looks lifeless to me, the way you colored it kind of takes away the details on her accessories. And the gun in her hand looks weird. It’s rare that I have anything bad to say about your work, but this one just didn’t seem like something you usually do. Work kicking your ass?

**Scum **- Ha, makes me want to play Typing of the Dead…
**Rook **- Awesome pose, and I like the red hues in her skin. Only thing is her hair looks like fur to me:confused: Like it’s one thing for it fray out in the back but on the front of her face it should be smooth.
**Vslash **- Your Vulcan reminds of Necro with those crazy colors, which isn’t a bad thing.
**DFF **- Like SFMC, having fun is the most important thing. Looks good to me.
SFMC - Those are definitely my fave from you on this challenge so far. Good poses and I definitely feel the moods.

I have to finally post in this thread and say how impressed I am with a lot of the artwork found here! I’m a huge fan of the series, and this is some really fantastic stuff! SFMC, Ashley Wood is moving on to another project after the Metal Gear Solid 2 comic finishes, perhaps you could take over, heh. The dot effect and everything on your pieces is very well done.

great work team. haven’t been postin lately as i just moved into a new apartment and just got the internet up. hopefully i’ll finish what late stuff i’ve started and get back to posting.

shen - always doing great work. took me a bit to realize that was liquid, prbly cuz his hair’s pretty short. but i love the red tones and the accidental bkgd is pretty cool.
hanzou - nice. kinda looks like toned down versions of the cfe character artwork.
scum - funny stuff. can’t wait to see your REX.
rook - great stuff as usual. but something seems different about your take on meryl. the smudged/blurred look makes everything look kinda poofy… esp. her hair… ^^; also the darks in her brown shirt don’t really contrast well together. they kinda look like one color.
vslash - what a mess!.. but that’s what’s great about it. keep it up!
dff - i actually find humor in her short stature. but like everyone said. don’t worry about what ppl will say. draw because you enjoy it. and anyway, it’s not the physical form, but the idea that counts 
banditch… er, grapplerific - funny stuff. meryl looks a little man-ish… but i’m not sure what exactly it is that’s causing this… lol. great stuff tho.
sfmc - DAMMIT MAN! you need to calm down! lol. seriously tho, top notch stuff as always. but you’re making the rest of us look sooooooooooooooooo slow! lol. jk.

thanks man, rex will be a real challenge. but when I started this I thought “rex is my ace in the hole, I cant mess this one up!”. its the final one and I gotta make it kick ass.
I made a quick psycho mantis today, the pose is VERY unoriginal. but I cant really picture him doing anything else but float around and look creepy. but I neeeded a basic pose to play around with shadows, enjoy.
