The mindset of lower income urban inner-city blacks who vote is that for all these decades and decades of freedom and leadership in white political figures with things still in the condition they are in whats the harm in voting for your own?, when it would most definitely would be more advantageous to have someone who can relate to black people, that way at the very least you have someone who will have your needs in mind as opposed to the others. Its time people stop making excuses for black America every time something stupid happens. Theres always some justification. Its hard to be ignorant in this age and if you’re old enough to vote, you’re old enough to educate yourself about something. Even if a very little bit. The thing is this, on a “hierarchy” of needs you dont find the willingness to seek out higher education and inform themselves on world relations up there as a priority in relation to earning income to live and taking care of parental responsibilities in low income homes.
