Shiro posted a challenge to T.O. in Marvel so far[S] T.O. is super quiet[/S] especially after what Dave did to them on their home turf. I think if John, Bee, JJ, Gordon, and Paul put their minds to it they could wreck shop in sf4 again. Too bad they don’t really play sf4 anymore (or in JJs case live here full time). I’ll even throw Khoa Alvin Matty FakeSteve and Jpizzle in that group too.
In the last tournament none of the guys I listed entered sf4 except bee and he doesn’t even own sf4 let alone play it and he got tied for 5th. Sorry but a guy like Derryk isn’t getting top 8 in an Edmonton tournament if Khoa Alvin James and Matty are playing in it. It’s a shame. Don’t get me wrong you earned it Derryk <3 it’s just an example.

It seems like most good players that play both games prefer marvel over SF4 here, just like how everyone preferred MVC2 over CVS2 back in the day.
This is probably because UMVC3 is a far more balanced and deep game than SF4 will ever be.
i’ll take my licks like a man. constructive criticism is good - especially if it makes edmonton more hungry.

there are many hidden monsters in calgary that weren’t at that tournament as well. EastSideMario, BestKindBoxer (greg), Angry Mike, Mike M, Dug, Sam, Troy, Peter, Adam, P. Josh, Alpha Josh, Steve Virus… (that’s just off the top of my head) if it were a full fledged Calgary v. Edmonton all i know is that calgary would destrooyyyyyyyy
