To tim the owner of O.K. Not bashing you but even on your fight nights about only about 40% of your set ups are being used. In vancouver there are tons of lan centers for people to go to. The average price is only 1.25 per hour and 6.50 for the whole day. Most people usually pick all day since its so cheap and its packed with every set up being used. Lots of the kids there go there to hang out after school almost everyday and there are tons of hardcore gamers too.
The fact that rent is way more expensive in vancouver and yet these kind of places are still making money there means you guys should take a look at their business model. They usually sell bubble tea, coffee some other kind of things on the side to make extra cash too. If you guys are a small business you guys need to value every single customer and build from there. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!

FF13-2 is like if Monster Hunter, Final Fantasy 13s graphics, and chronotrigger had a baby. It’s very addictive if you’re into jrpgs. If not then it can seem like they’re just releasing a patch for a 25 year old game.
How can you use the words FF13-2 and Chrono Trigger in the same sentence without adding “is infinitely better and not even comparable” to the latter.
The time travelling part is similar. You have multiple endings as well. I’ll agree that chrono trigger is way better but for me there isn’t a better rpg (all time) for me so every game since hasn’t stacked up.

As of late, only portable consoles have come close.
I honestly believe ‘Radiant Historia’ for DS is the best JPRG in years.
For handheld titles, they can concentrate more on content and features as opposed to graphics and voice-overs.
For sure. I believe that JRPGs on consoles suck so much balls because the developer is trying to do too much.

I started playing Crimson Gem Saga for PSP yesterday, its simple, but it’s fun because the battle system is not overly complicated and the story isn’t some pseudo-intellectual-religious-space-time-continuum-paradox bullshit… At least not yet.
I tried playing Dissidia 012 and turned it off within 5 mins. Reminds me of trying to throw in all of CvS2’s grooves with SFxT’s gem system and garbage story that relates to what I wrote in the last paragraph.
Square-Enix is really bad.
